The soundtrack to BT2 is one of the most amazing. I never did figure out who the composer was.

Kenji Yamamoto. It's also from the Budokai games.

Only the first BT game had a replacement score comprised of old Yamamoto tracks from the Budokai series. After that, from BT2 and onwards, all the other Spike games received original replacement music done by other various composers.

Yeah, you are right. If the music of BT2 had been composed by Yamamoto, it would have not been used as re-replacement music on the reprinted copies of Raging Blast 2. I know the replacement music in BT3 and Raging Blast was done by Toshiyuki Kishi, but don't know who did BT2.

If I recall correctly, from what the game's end credits stated, BT2's music was done by various teams of composers(none of which that included Yamamoto) doing different sections of the soundtrack.

Is the announcement still on XtraLife.es or have they removed it. I can't find it on their website.

It wasn't an "announcement" really, it was just two regular ol' listings for a product under the "Budokai Tenkaichi Collection" name as if they were anything else you could order.

They were removed within a day or so after they were found.

They could take it down since it could be that either it was fake or they where told by Bandai Namco to remove it so that they can make a official announcement?

Retailers don't put up fake listings. It was up there for a reason. I'm positive they were asked by Namco-Bandai to take the listings down.

Again, seems to be a similar situation with what they did with the Devil May Cry HD collection -- put up listings along with crappy cover art they swiped from elsewhere just to have something, listings taken down, product eventually comes out.

We'll see something at some point. Walmart's not running around putting up "fake" listings, either.

Do Namco Bandai Annonce New Games At E3 ?
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

So was anything announced at E3 about this collection? No?
The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

I don't really think that it would be announced anyway. It's not like it's going to be game of the year.
EDIT: Re-considering this, they might.

They'll be doing livestreams all week long.

BTT: But is NB really reveiling a DBZ HD Collection on E3? With another DBZ game and some random stuff, I don't think so...

DB Xenoverse is not a DBZ simulator with fighting elements, it's a semi competent fighting/action game with DBZ simulation elements.

If they were to announce Budokai Tenkaichi HD Collection most likely they'd post it on their YouTube account as they did with Dragon Ball Ultimate Blast.

Wouldn't be surprised if this turned up to be another fake.
