Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
Looks like Big Bad Toy Store is also getting new Piccolo figures in.
Theirs is a bit cheaper, at $44.99, but I think their shipping is $10 (I think it was last I checked), so you'd only save a dollar or two. I'm not too mad, because at least I got to use Paypal (which I don't think BBTS accepts), and BBTS doesn't have theirs in yet, so I'll get mine sooner as well for a couple bucks more.
At the very least, it looks like a reprint is in the works. Either that, or there's lots of unsold stock coincidentally showing up all over the place.

You man where the legs are a slightly different shade?son veku wrote:These don't have the leg paint problem....right?
They should. These aren't repaints, just old stock or reprinted copies, so they should be identical. However, I believe there have been instances of paint alterations on reprinted figures in other lines though, so I can't say for 100% certain.

They do indeed accept Paypal as an option for payment. When you are viewing your cart, you have the option of paying directly with a debit/credit card or with Paypal.Metalwario64 wrote: Theirs is a bit cheaper, at $44.99, but I think their shipping is $10 (I think it was last I checked), so you'd only save a dollar or two. Okay, I just now found out what it was. You actually can't use Paypal for preorders (or if you're new says the site), and the Piccolo figure was up for preorder, meaning that unless they get a regular stock in, you can't use Paypal for it there.Gonstead wrote:They do indeed accept Paypal as an option for payment. Also, my order from Toyarena just shipped yesterday, and I should get it tomorrow or Monday. Quite excite. I initially passed on the figure because I was still in "omg super saiyns!!1" mode, I only wanted figures of Super Saiyans, and wasn't that big a fan of Piccolo. However, a while back, I got around to watching all of Dragon Ball, and became a pretty big fan of him (and original Dragon Ball/early Z in general), and wanted the figure, but it was hard to find at that point. So glad I'll have it now!
Now I really want that regular Goku figure to be released soon, and possibly a Saiyan arc Vegeta, and then I might repaint my Gohan to make him normal. I'd love to recreate key scenes from the 23rd Tournament and the Saiyan arc (and perhaps my avatar

No doubt if they made a Saiyan Saga Vegeta Figuarts, they would make a limited edition with his early Z colours.

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread
I think I used SAL on HLJ back in 2009 or so, and I believe it took me 2 1/2 weeks or 3 weeks. Can't quite remember, but it wasn't too terribly long considering the price.son veku wrote:This is not really on topic but I don't want to start a new thread.

Those aren't DX size. I believe those are around 4 inches at most.
I have a Dragon Ball collection of sorts which can be seen here.

Hmm those Kuji things? They're alright. I still like the HSCF versions better. And by DX I mean figures that would come form larger scale lines like SCultures for example. Shift from 12-13 cm to 22-33 cm

Re: Mike's Upcoming JPNS Toy Releases Thread

Is that the HSCF that you posted earlier? if it is I don't know if I like his nose it's kinda meh
Also I don't know if this has been posted yet, but if anyone cares it looks like we are getting some Gashapon this year HLJ has deformed mascot #4 for preorder in june.
