Oh wow... I didn't realize how nice that looked. And how it is one of the only nice figures that came out with the cape and ssj1(the figuarts aren't my style) that may be on my to buy list xD Then again, maybe there will be a new resin of him(but I don't think it is going to have the cape).

I got this a little while ago but have to say how great this book is. It is such a good quality book even the designs on the book are amazing not even getting into the content.

Also out of random I thought I saw a legend of saiyan and creatures review a while back on Daizex. Do they have it with the hscf series as well? Does anyone know?

It is a resin, but it doesnt really have a "brand" that I know of. There are different sellers on ebay but there are a few sites that sell better ones. Some of the paint jobs look bad depending on who you buy it from. The Vinyl DX majin buu was from a seller who I remembered had items on ebay and I just recontacted him.

ok man no problem. The HQDX Gohan next to Piccolo is looking great. So I'm guessing you cutted the pivots from the shoes on your figures so they can stand up by themselves? I just bought the ikea detolf glass cabinet and I can fill max 5 HQDX items on each shelf. But I wonder about removing the pivots on their feet.

So, I just received the Piccolo, and it's great, but mine has a really loose torso joint. If I put enough pressure on it, I can kinda get the torso to "snap" onto the ball joint, but it doesn't take much pressure to pull the whole thing off, and when I start rotating his torso towards the back, eventually it just pops off.

Also, all of the joints are "loose" (but sturdy. They're loose compared to the Goku, which has way too tight joints, and slightly looser than the Gohan), so is this actually a common thing, or is mine defective?

I looked at Toy Arena's return policy, and they only offer refunds based on defects, and the buyer must pay return shipping. I don't know if they'd accept a loose joint as a defect, and I don't want to pay for the return shipping.

I found the so called "Table of Awesomeness" this past weekend at Animazement. I was like a kid in a candy store :D

Image

I couldn't resist but to pick up a few things after pacing back and forth for a good half hour trying to pick the one's I would buy.

Image

And as some of you know, I got a certain someones autograph while I was there :D

Image

These are the autographs of Toshio Furukawa (Piccolo) and Ryo Horikawa (Vegeta).

Image
Image

Ryo Horikawa wasn't at Animazement. I got that signed a few months ago when he was at a convention in Hawaii. I just had to brag about how lucky I was to get them to sign my Dragonboxes . Now if only I could meet Masaka Nozawa, I could kill 3 Dragonboxes in one go!

If you listened to Kanzenshuu's 300th podcast episode, you'll hear that Toshio Furukawa was nice enough to give them a shout out for me. Here's the video of him congratulating them on 300 episodes:

Toshio Furukawa (Piccolo) - Congrats Kanzenshuu Podcast!

For all 3 I payed a total of $72. Sadly the guy had almost none of the boxes for the figures though. He would just throw them away. So I took a few random boxes off his hands for free.

I am waiting on Broyl as my most recent but with shipping ti cost me 82$ altogether and My ichiban Ozaru cost 105$ with shipping T.T
