I did not make that, it was a response in the NeoGAF thread about Justin Bieber's incident with the paparazzi.

I actually hope this is the only game this year... maybe this is Namco Bandai's way of trying to put two years of effort into next years game by putting out something that seemingly doesn't require much effort this year while they work on that on the side.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

DB Xenoverse is not a DBZ simulator with fighting elements, it's a semi competent fighting/action game with DBZ simulation elements.

I won't be surprise if the Kinect game does not get released in Japan and I could see it doing poorly in the US too.
Well, the problem with Kurosawa is more complex and I don't wanna write novel about it.
In short, his movies were too much ''revealing'' about ''Japan'', I can't describe it in english properly for now and I forgot that term which Japanese use.
More so as the movies were popular in western countries more than in Japan, he started to make them more western oriented as you said and that didn't help too much....
Also I heard some rumors that he also wasn't much likeable character, but I don't aknowledge it as a fact about him, as it's common in Japanese nature to ''blackening''
the people, who misfit into general public or concept somewhat.
Also I wouldn't be surprised on him being mean from depression, as he got rejected by his family as they were former samurai bloodline and so doing art of some form was one
of the worst thing that someone from samurai family can do.... and the he got ''rejected'' by his own nation, so I will be pissed off too.

Well, I was so hyped from Kinect and later pissed off as hell that I didn't pay a little more for PS3!!! Really, Kinect was so promising as it came new.
Only until you get stuck with roster of about ten retarded games for kids and some Pilates bullshit for ladies, with only game we play with friend are sports for fun.
Dammit, it have so much potential and I think that Star Wars and Dragon Ball Z for Kinect won't save it.

Based on Dislike response on the trailers, I do think this will bomb. I really hope Namco isn't thinking that many people are going to drop the $$$ for the Kinect machine just to play UT, a game not very well liked, with motion controls. They might as well as packaged this games as a work out/exercise game with a DB theme to it.

Even if the game "bombs", its development costs have to be pretty minimal compared to other games, even the usual Raging Blast -> Raging Blast 2 style of cycle. I mean, it's the exact same visual presentation from Ultimate Tenkaichi, what appears to be even less characters, no multiplayer functionality...

It won't take much to recoup the costs on this one, leaving it with a pretty low threshold for Namco-Bandai to consider it a "success" or at least worth tossing together for a quick dime.

I have no doubt they will able to make a profit but I mean in terms of how many people will buy it. That to me is an indication how what the fans think of their efforts or lack thereof.

The game is only $39.99 plus tax depending where you lived. That's a possible sign that this game didn't cost that much to make and I doubt Bandai Namco will lose that much off the game.

The Kinect device actually functions very accurately to the body's motion control, as you move your body, or parts of your body, it plays and shows on the screen of Kinect.

This misconception about Kinect is pretty much like Kai's, very misinforming and degrading.

All Kinect exclusive games have $39.99 price points. Star Wars Kinect has had a development budget much larger than plenty of games but still launched at $39.99.

I'm wondering if the Japanese Dragon Ball Z For Kinect edition will feature Kikuchi's synthesized music as usually does on the JPN DB games. Probably.

Crimson Dragon looks pretty effin awesome, can't wait till the JPN demo comes out to try it.

Most, or well, the big majority are with Nintendo and Sony consoles, though a small percentage owns Microsoft's console, they're active in Japan just not as much as they'd prefer to.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition seems to have been a success in Japan according to the ratings on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for the game.

Here are some DBZ-Kinect gameplays from some conventions/whatever:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ2Z3w3m95k
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSXIs4S1NdM

Looks like that they are all failing the Kamehame-Ha, probably pose-fail, not enough Ki or just detection fail...

Interesting videos, thanks for sharing the links, I surely hope they'll release a demo of the game to try it out before buying it.

I'm guessing E3 Microsoft is going to reveal all information about Dragon Ball Z For Kinect so the wait is almost over, it's just a matter of hours now.

I can't wait for E3 of Nintendo and Microsoft.

Nintendo really WOWED me with their Wii U Pro Controller, Namco Bandai better not miss out on Wii U to release great DB games (Get rid of Spike, Namco Bandai!!).

Err, while it would be fabulous for Microsoft to demo this game on stage (I'm a fan of laughing at people doing silly things) at E3 I doubt they will. However, Namco Bandai will be bringing the game to their booth for E3.

Also, you were wowed by a 360 controller clone? Good grief you're easy to impress.
