Episode 98 of Dragon Ball Kai Brazilian dub actually aired on Cartoon Network, here's some screens for evidence:

I find it odd that in the background it says "MR. HERCULE", so there's a possibility NickToons had the episode prepared to broadcast but never aired due to FUNimation's agreement or somewhat.

The insert song is also dubbed in Portuguese Brazilian and sounds great (2min version)! =)

What? Why does the song jump like that in the middle of a verse? :|

The infamous Australian Broadcast of Dragon Ball Z Kai (Just to fill everyone in) is now in Part 8.
Episode 98 is due to air on the 8th of July I believe... So Australia may be the first Country to Broadcast Kai Episode 98! And Also something very strange, Episode 97 is due to be skipped over, due to a screening of a Spiderman movie on Cartoon Network...

Episode 98 already aired in Cataluña and Brazil, so no, Australia won't be the first.

Sorry, I actually screwed up my speaking, I mean English, FUNiMation version to air, since Toonzai never got past 52, and Nicktoons ended at 97...

I don't know to what extent this is the Brazilian dubbing company's fault, but to me it seems that the editing of that song was a tad sloppy, what with all the sudden jumps from different points in the song. Editing issues aside, though, the singing itself sounded very good!
A "rather haggard" translation of a line from Future Gohan in DBZ, provided to FUNimation by Toei:
"To think of fighting that is this fun...so, it was pleasant fight, as many as, therefore is a feeling which is good the fight where."

Looks like they did a not very good splice of the tv-size version of their dubbed opening with the Japanese. I could've done a better job... (and did with the English version of the song at one point)

No, France aired 98 and I think also one of the Spanish dubs.

This was what Sangofe meant, "a Spanish dub" while Catalán isn't exactly Spanish Cataluña is in Spain, so it still counts as one of the couple Spanish idioms in Spain.

Edit: On the Kai BR Episode 98 they cut out the old man with the gun and possibly a few other scenes or punches/kicks.

I will try to get some pictures of Episode 98 on CN Australia, but I don't have a DVD Recorder or PVR at the moment, so it may be lower quality...

The Australian CN airs Dragon Ball Kai but with some really stupid custom censors, ain't it?

Even 4Kids did a better job at censoring than CN Australia.

I would've preferred to see Dr. Briefs with a lollipop in his mouth than a semi-blurred fag on the YouTube video from a CN Aus Kai episode.

Yeah, funny thing, that video is actually mine that I recorded on my iphone at my TV screen of that horribly edited episode (haha), I just joined Kanzenshuu Forums but observed for way longer.. I was delighted to see someone shared my video from my SuperLostArchives channel.
Anyway, I will try to get a video up when the episode airs, and probably look through my Foxtel Recorder and see if I can find anymore terrible censors.
FYI - The censors only happened between Namek - Imperfect Cell Saga, the Vegeta and Cell Games are mostly uncut with the swears still there for the most part.... Inconsistancy.

"damn", "hell" and whatnot don't really count as actual swear words, but neither is it something kids should be saying, not even "darn".

"Bastard" isn't much of a swear word, but it's a bit of an insult and that semi-shit was only said once on Gurd's scene.

Do you count red blood as an improvement? (Yeah, I am really clutching at straws for reasoning of the Vegeta/Cell Games saga...)
But why bother saying red blood is an improvement? Code Geass used to air on ABC2 at a timeslot like this....

Red blood as an improvement? In my opinion, no.

Almost every time I saw red blood on the Cell arc it reminded me of ketchup, whereas the red blood from Dragon Ball Z it actually looked like blood.
