No they aren't. A revival from death is implied to count as a strike against their "revival record" no matter what set of Dragon Balls is used to make the wish. Vegeta was revived by Porunga, but, at the Cell Games, Gohan says that everyone other than Trunks had already died once before, and they can't use their Dragon Balls to revive them anymore...
But they can still use the Namekian Dragon Balls to revive them.

Vegeta was revived by Shenlong, along with everyone else on Namek. The only time Porunga revived him was at the end of the Buu arc.

Yeah, but it still makes everything a lot more complicated. Earth no longer has its own Deus Ex Machina, and they'll need to orchestrate another plan to get someone to make the wish...assuming whatever happens doesn't cause more chaos to pretty much everyone and thing than Buu did.

-_- I knew that and I meant to erase his name off the list and put Piccolo, but I got side tracked by rewriting the bit about Trunks.

Oh, sorry. I read your reply as quoted by Saiga (even though I quoted your post directly), which was out of date! I see what you're saying now.

No big deal, my own fault for not doing it right the first time. xD

This should be fun. At least they waited a while until they did another special. I thought the last special that they made was made way too soon after the last one.

The only significant difference is lack of detail compared to previous/early pages.

Even the original manga had Vegeta refer to Goku as Goku once by mistake. So yeah, probably its a mistake.

Although its possible that he used Goku to make Pan realize who is talking about more easily.

One thing I never understood: If Saiyans have the Draka style Maim!Kill!Burn! philosophy drilled into them from birth, how did U13!Kakarrot get so far, since Tenshinhan et al. would immediately kill him.

I don't know... Maybe all Saiyans love to fight but those who are sent away in missions to other planets, besides being "brainwashed" with the mission details, are also influenced by their "programming" to train even harder than they would do otherwise.
But, even without that, a Saiyan who is fully aware of who he is, would probably put his Oozaru form to much more good use. He would probably even be able to control it.

Behaving like Majin Buu doesn't make everyone cower in fear. It makes them even more determined to destroy you, and Kakarrot would be first priority, as General Blue, Tenshinhan et al. would work together to kill him. I'm surprised that Freeza allowed such a civilisation of Majin Buus such free reign.

This special is going to show what happened to Tenshinhan and Yamcha, so your question should be answered.

Actually, if we take the DBM novelization as canon, Vegeta has started calling him Goku because he starts truly respecting Goku in the Buu saga. Or something like that, I don't know... :P

What exactly is that "Chapter 28: The warrior who used to run amok" floating nowhere in a blank space?

I think DBM is going through the 90s phase that comic books went through (all we need are dozens of pouches on the main characters and it's definitely liefeldian).

I guess that's Raditz on the cover? I thought in U13 that Goku did went to Earth but never drop his head on a rock?

Raditz would still come to Earth to find his brother in those circumstances.

I thought Goku killed Tenshinhan and Yamucha by the time that Radditz shows up?

Who knows how things would play out if Goku didn't hit his head. I can't even predict exactly what would happen between him and Gohan once Gohan realized how evil he really was and the consequences of that.

This is the only theory I could possibly imagine making any sense. If Kakarotto didn't train then even if he did kill Gohan like in the original timeline, either Tao or Roshi would have finished him as soon as he as started making his way into well populated areas.

Whats the likelihood of Tenshinhan and Yamcha ever meeting if Goku didn't hit his head? Yamcha probably wouldn't have left the desert if it weren't for Goku. Kuririn's story would likely still be similar, but I'm not sure Roshi would have convinced Tien & Chaozu to change their ways on his own.

All of that is irrelevant anyway. Piccolo Daimao would have slaughtered everyone after his return. Then Raditz comes along and yeah...
