It's the game's title: Dragon Ball Z For Kinect

Anyway, a football game with Dragon Ball characters would be pretty cool (FIFA-engine).

Lets not turn DBZ into a low production Mario clone.

Looks pretty decent, so if Spike spends more time on DBZFK it might actually be a great game.

I can just hope.

He pretty much confirms Episode of Bardock is sub-only.

Yeah, back then the French guy basically made that 99.9% clear since he only mentioned subs no dubs.

Given Tony is French, and the crowd at Japan Expo are too I'd imagine they wouldn't have cared that the game would come packaged with an English dub.

Episode of Bardock is sub only? Well, there goes the last drop of interest I had in this (admittedly, I couldn't play it anyways lacking both a Kinect and 360, but still). What is Funi waiting for? Just dub them all, and put them on a set I can buy...

I wonder if the focus on Kinect was a good idea. A multiplat game has a better chance of reaching a wider audience. And if they didn't want it to play like the prior games...then just go for a new gameplay style.

Yahoo, I was thinking and still, going for this game only, not interested in those HD.
But well, I'm little saddened the same way like with RB2, that they will include only one exclusive character from the feature,
having Chilled + maybe one of his henchmen will be cool. At least, RB2 had the main fighting cast and Hachihyaku sans Slug.
And I missed those red and white soldiers from Dark Planet from the old special in the new one and including them and Dr. Raichi..... And then the Tarble got in, without that purple Freeza's soldier.

Over/Under on this game just featuring reused lines from the previous games like Ultimate Tenkaichi?

Near as I can tell, it *is* Ultimate Tenkaichi under the hood, so I'll give it a 90% chance of having all the same audio issues :).

I'm sure FUNimation would kill to release more Dragon Ball stuff, and I think they've actively expressed interest in the past. But there seem to be issues with getting the license. All these recent specials have been game or magazine tie-ins in Japan, so maybe Shueisha or Namco-Bandai don't want any normal releases in the near future, so they can keep selling games and magazines.

1. The Plan to Destroy the Saiyans (OVA)
2. The Plan to Destroy the Super Saiyans (OVA)
3. Goku and Friends Return (Special)
4. Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans (OVA)
5. Episode of Bardock (OVA)

I don't see FUNimation putting all these together in one set and dubbing them, I'd be more than happy for a sub-only, though.

Don't think I missed any other unreleased English of Z-fied, well, #4 + #5 (still to be published) have been released officially in English, so all that's missing is #1-#3.

That is, for people to choose to play with the English dub.

They are one & the same.

What on Earth are you talking about? There are not two separate things called "The Plan to Destroy the Super Saiyans" and "Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans" -- the eradicate/destroy/exterminate wording is just a translation choice.

Without "Super", it's the Official Visual Guide for the Famicom game (turned into / expanded upon with the Playdia games). With "Super", it's the Raging Blast 2 feature.

There's nothing else.

No, they are exactly the same product, except if you mean something else. There is:

Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans (NES Video Game)
Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans - Part 1 & 2 (2-part OVA)
Dragon Ball Z: True Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans - Earth & Space Chapter (2-part Playdia Video Game)
Dragon Ball: Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans (Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 Special Feature)

For example, the animation and music are different, thus far not the same.
