I admit that part with Team Four Star reading 50 Shades of Grey with Nostalgia Critic, Brentalfloss and Uncle Yo was epic  . I'm looking forward to watch to see how the Garlic Jr saga will turn out since I remember them saying before that they plan to that saga. I need to catch up since I haven't watch the show in a while since I have been busy in the past few months.

Wait, they are doing Garlic Jr.? Ooh, I wonder what they're gonna do with Popo, because he gets his ass handed to him at the beginning.

Also, are they gonna do the driving episode?

It'll take some good writing and Kaiser's editing to get past that. Luckily, DBZA in general, is full of both. 8)

I wouldn't mind if Popo got his ass handed to him at least once in the series because honestly, the joke of his character is starting to get a tad little bit old.

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

Actually, It would be interesting to see his reaction to getting his ass kicked. So far, we haven't ever seen abridged Popo angry....

Yea, so I've never watched this before, but today while texting my good buddy and fellow DBZ fan about the new Dragon Ball movie, he recommended I watch this. I knew there was a very long thread about it here so I came to check it out. This shit is fucking hilarious! God Bless the guys behind Abridged. I seriously haven't laughed this hard in a while. Piccolo's sarcasm towards Goku is priceless. Voices are spot on as well.

I am now going to sit here and watch all 30 episodes. :D

I remember asking the other CA anime reviewers what they thought on Dragon Ball. I know Phelous and ThatDudeInTheSuede like Dragon Ball. I think I asked Linkara once and he said that like DB until GT started. JesuOtaku said that she actually really like the idea behind DBZ but the pacing was so awful. Bennett the Sage told me that he used to like series when it first started but he grew out of it over time.

Wow, I never knew it had such a big following at Channel Awesome (or at least bigger than I thought). Now I have higher hopes. :)

Thanks for the heads up! I'm watching it now, someone is Facebook chatting one of them and it sounds like its coming from my browser. I was so confused because my Facebook wasn't even up.

So, I'm watching the episodes on the TFS main site, and they have ads now. Did I miss something?

Our episodes have ads? Since when? The only one that does is 30, and it doesn't actually have an ad, it's just a layover from the video BEFORE it. It's this weird glitch we wish we could fix... Otherwise, our episodes do NOT have ads.

No, the episodes definitely play advertisements occasionally.

There's even one that plays approximately halfway through episode 30.

That's... that's not possible. We've turned the ads off on the all the episodes and NONE of them are showing having made any revenue. Including Episode 30.

Damn it, Blip. :\

I can only attest to what I noticed, and I got a pre-roll ad on episode 30, and a mid-roll cut to black during the same episode.

Finally got to hear the podcasts and they're great! Not too fond on the Garlic Jr arc though, but can't wait to see how they fix it!

The TFS and Nostalgia Critic 50 Shades of Gray reading was hysterical. X3

Of TFS's readings, Lanipator's Kuririn was my favorite. "It's Christmas!"
Also, Nappa's "inner goddess". XD
Chester's turn had me laughing too.
Infact, I enjoyed all the voices to varying degrees, even the ones I didn't recognize.
On hiatus.
