If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! Yeah I'm not sure that one ever had a name. There's a longer unreleased track called simply "Caroni and Piroshki" that's a pretty significant piece of work. People don't bring it up cause it's silly music, but it's one of the few times I got to pull out my big band\jazz chops ^^ It also had the first bits of classical piano for Caroni in it. This sequence(in OP) was long enough that it justified some new piano stuff on it's own.

oh ok so there's no full version of the unreleased track anywhere? And did you "arrange" this one Scott? I really like the piano!

Yeah that one is one of mine :) Thanks! What you hear in the rip is all there ever was. Well, except for the the original "Caroni and Piroshki" track but the piano/harp in that is different and in shorter segments.
