The credits reel for PTETSS features small BGM snippets from various parts of the special, notably the final battle with Hatchiyack. I'm pretty sure there's an MP3 of it somewhere on this forum. I'll dig it up for you if I find the time to.

Sadly, the BGM during Final Battle with Hatchiyack at the ending is just too short...
Wish they would release the full version.

Unfortunately, we are still waiting for any Dragon Ball soundtrack by that composer (Hiroshi Takaki).
Neither Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans, not the Ultimate Tenkaichi reanimated scenes have been officially released as OSTs (you mentionned Episode of Burdock too, but the soundtrack for it is actually made from the two scores I mentionned, so it would somehow be covered by their OST - except for one track which is likely an unused one, when Berry becomes friends with Burdock).

There is still hope, since if Takaki is hired for the big 2013 movie, the chances of an OST being released are much bigger I guess - and if that's the case, they might toss in his previous tracks for Dragon Ball along with the ones created for the 2013 movie.
