Hatchyack, the big villain in the Dia Dragonball Z games, was "created" by Dr. Raichi. Dr. Raichi told us that he is a Tsuful. In Dragonball GT, Bebi is also a Tsuful. So does that mean that whoever wrote the script or whatever for Dragonball GT, was also involved in the PlayDia games? Or did he just get the rights to use the Tsuful race in DBGT?
What i'm getting at is, if Budokai Tenkaichi had Bebi Vegeta as a playable character, does that mean that it is a possiblity that one day we will be able to play as Hatchyack?
Hatchyack rights

Just looks like GT kinda borrowed the whole Tsufurujin wanting revenge idea from the game's story. :s
I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be allowed to use whatever they wanted for the anime, seeing as how the Tsufurujin were first brought into the picture in Dragon Ball Z's TV series. It's still a part of Toei Animation.

Indeed, the Tsufuru-Jin were introduced early in DBZ's history. Laichi was the first actual character, however, that was one of that race, as opposed to a nameless army. However, I believe Hatchihyakku was a Machine Mutant, as was Rilld, Myuu, the Sigma Force, et cetera.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!
Toei consider certain events of the game to be cannon for some reason (namely Hatchy's construction and Raichi's existence in pre-DB). However, since it obviously can't take place in the story anywhere, the parts where they fight Goku+co. are conveniently absent from the Chronology.
It's entirely possible that Baby is a spin-off/sequel saga of the game, or merely a remake of the plot to introduce the story to the masses of people who never played the game.
