Does anybody know where I could possibly buy this CD from because I can't find it anywhere?

It's been out of print for years. You're not going to randomly find it for sale somewhere

That said, the third disc in the fourth Complete Song Collection had a few songs off the soundtrack (some vocal versions of in-game music, and the closing theme).

Well I've actually ordered the "Complete Song Collections" however it was the BGMs I was after.

Well, if you own the game, you can just pop it in your CD player... all the music is standard redbook...
