Assuming we get a new villain, I wonder what type it'll be. A Tachiki Fumihiko type or a Miyano Mamoru type?
Apparently I can't just say a 'grizzled' or 'young' type.
You mentioned the latter's name and the first image that came to my mind was Tamaki Suoh. XD
Yes, an evil Tamaki....oh that would be so over the top. I'd watch that.
He was also Light from Death Note, that sort of thing I could dig as well.
I'm not overly familiar with the older man though, but I have an idea of the type of voice/character he'd most likely use/be.

Good one.
Just to break a curiousity, but will the new film use the same animation from the OVAs? (as is EoB, YSGahFR, and PtEtSS) IMO, I would prefer Dragon Ball's new animation in terms of styling redone by Toei's Phillipines branch but that could do the same thing like in Kai. For the length, I hope it will be over 120-150 minutes long.

Whoa! Slow down there, hombre. The longest DB movie we've ever had was
Evolution, and that was only 85 minutes long. The movie will start outstaying its welcome if it goes much beyond the 90 minute mark. It would take a miracle for it to reach two hours, and I guarantee it's not going one second longer than that.
To a strong man, the end justifies the means. To a stronger man, the means justify the end.

Sorry, i'll prefer 80-90 minutes if needed.

I'm hoping if the film does well then they can do a new DB movie once every two or three years like Paramount did with the Star Trek films. 2014 is the 30th Anniversary of the Dragon Ball franchise, I would imagine that Toei will do another film as well in 2014. I doubt the movie will do poorly given that Dragon Ball does have a pretty big cult flowing and the series still pretty popular in Japan from what I've been told.

Bouncing around the One Piece film's website
http://www.onepiece-film.com/ (oh Ussop's moostache/beard XD ), and while it might be a bit much to ask, I'd enjoy seeing some special film-only costumes/outfits for the cast in DB's movie.

As much as I would love new movie-only designs from Toriyama, it's the wrong time to do it. It's the first DBZ movie in a long while, having the characters without their iconic clothing would just be bad marketing.

I agree, though...it'd be awesome to see some new 'domestic clothing' versions for them, the characters that would actually be wearing more domestic stuff anyway. Then they can change into their gi's once the fighting starts.

I'd be happy with just new "domestic clothing". I did get a kick out of Goku's scarf in the 2008 special. XD
I doubt there'd be anything to top "Bad Man" though.

I've always been disappointed that they never made a decent Oob story. It's unlikely, but I'd actually be supportive if this was based around post-28th Budokai events.

You and me both, I would LOVE to see something where Oob and Pan got to shine. But I'm beginning to think that that's never going to happen in any official capacity. Not sure if it's because they're generally treated as more of a GT thing (even though they appear in the end of Z) or what, but not even the Online story did much with them.
Hell, I don't think Oob is even
MENTIONED in the Online story...

It just hit me, that whole environment in the teaser is a throwback / CGI-recreation of the beginning of Cha-La Head Cha-La.

There should be a prompt that pops up when you try to enter the site.

...I KNEW there was something catching my eye about starting the zoom from next to the sun.

Though that puts me more in the mind of Makafushigi Adventure for that part.

English version of the site - Simultaneous U.S. limited theater release?
Well, the English site isn't completely in English; some of the text is still in Japanese, but this is very cool. I like the whole "The world as eagerly-awaited. It's the most exciting like never before..." thing. XD
Nice to know the website in general hasn't been forgotten, and that there's an HD version of the first trailer, but I'm still "eagerly-awaiting" a news update that's got actual new information related to the plot.
