DBZ: Sagas - RIT Armor vs. RIT Armor Variant

Post by Travis Touchdown » Mon Jul 30, 2012 1:08 am

When it comes to Future Trunks, what is the difference between these two costumes? They look identical to me. What's the subtle difference that I'm apparently missing?

Been a while, but would it be his ponytail or long hair variations?

They're both long haired Trunks with his hair down in Vegeta's style of armor. I can't see any difference between the two. I'm wondering if it was a mistake when they put it in, like they intended to have a ponytail Trunks or even short haired Trunks in the armor and accidentally put the same long hair down model twice.

Only other thing I can think of then would be the boot tips? Or maybe it was mislabeled and the Super Saiyan forms have differences? Does one of them transform into a graded stage or something...can you even transform at will on the extra characters?

I'd be more help if the last time I played the game wasn't when I rented it from Blockbuster the week it was released. Been wanting to buy it again though so I can get a clear look at the game exclusive characters... lol

Do you have any pictures of the two? I haven't played it in a long time.

Unfortunately, no. I've searched for some screen shots, but all I find are the same 4 or 5. I don't have the foggiest idea how to capture images myself or I'd gladly show you what I mean. I'm going to check the boots and see if TheDevilsCorpse is right about the those though. I'll edit this message with what I find.

You could take a picture with your mobile phone, if it has a cam.

I dug out my copy of the game (unfortunately, I only have one controller so I couldn't see them side-by-side) and the only difference I could see was that RIT Variant Trunks seems to do more damage.
