Looking For A Trading Card Database Site

A couple years ago, I used to go to a French site that had a huge gallery of Cardass cards, BP cards, pretty much every Dragon Ball card in existence. I haven't been there in a long while, so I forgot the name of the site. If anyone know's the place I'm talking about or if anyone could suggest another great site for cards, I would be most appreciated.
