Raditz looks badass in that last panel, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's the half-blown-off armor?

Though...there's something about his hair that looks off...

And the casual look as he delivers a gut-punch to his little brother Kakarotto.

His hair's probably just frayed from Kakarotto's blast.

It makes him look so fed up. Well if I got my ass kicked by my little forest boy brother (literally), I'd have the same expression.

Finally, a special that is close to par with their art. I really enjoyed this. I like how they draw their faces over Salagir to be honest.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

This special has had some of the best fighting scenes in all of dbm. Especially pose wise. This artist has a more natural flair for it than gogeta jr.
So to me definitely best special yet!

On the Kakarotto's power debate. Since at least Yamcha is definitely a lot stronger than his normal universe counterpart (that one wouldn't be able to land a single punch on radditz) I think Kakarotto also most be a lot stronger. Yamcha would have around the power that Goku had against Raditz so that would make him the strongest adversary in dragonball for Kakarotto. Having Tien and Yamcha constantly fight Kakarotto to the death must have increased the power of all of the involved.

Raditz looks absolutely badass in that final panel. If there's only two pages left, I guess we won't be getting much.

Should've been a Raditz universe.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a Raditz universe.

The last panel has me itching to draw Raditz doing something. I don't care what it is... or whom.

Yeah, that panel is fucking badass. The art has been really good in this overall. A little flat at times, but good nonetheless.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Wohoa! That more or less makes up for Tenshinhan's horrific fashion sense.

Seeing Raditz be the winner is definitely cool, but reminding myself again of what Universe this is...he's gonna end up getting nerfed in the end anyway, Kakarot will still surpass him. Poor guy.

So they are not going to blow up the Earth? I would imagine they are going to wipe out all of the life on Earth in order to sell it?
