Actually, in the first scene right after Shen Long wipes the earthlings memory of Majin Boo, we see Boo walking through the city, when he sees a young girl eating ice cream. This girl has no nose!
It's filler, but I count it. XP

Does there need to be? What about Tenshinhan seeming to be the only Earthling with a third eye?
