Because they are late. "Real" life kept them busy so they don't have enough pages done in advance to release the current chapter at the usual pace (even with all the previous specials).

shonenhikada wrote:Basically if you stop and think for a moment why your entire argument doesn't make sense
I think the one who needs to stop and think for a moment is you.
shonenhikada wrote:They are checking on any dangers in the universe. Freeza is a planet trader, his story is not altered in this timeline. Freeza sells planet he's conquered to people, and is hardly a danger in the universe. Since you know he needs planets to keep his business running, and would never go ramapaging and destroy planets like Broly would.
Who cares if he goes rampaging 'like Brolly would' or not? You don't think someone whose entire purpose in life is mass genocide of any race he feels like is dangerous? That's like saying that we shouldn't have gone to war with Hitler because the Nazis weren't a threat to the Earth.
shonenhikada wrote:The universe is taking part in is a what if storyline where goku didn't knock his head as child and was still evil. Tenshinhan power level in relation to Yamcha from the start of the manga would have been stronger, and Tenshinhan is known to train more seriously than Yamcha so to say somehow Yamcha surpassed him is kind of presumptuous.
Who says Tien would be stronger than Yamcha from the start? Or that this Tien would be more serious in his training than Yamcha? The entire history of this world, from the time that the two of them were little kids, has been completely altered. We do not know the history of these two. We don't know what alterations have happened to change who they are. Your entire arguement is flawed. Your entire argument is just as logical as complaining that Kakkarotto can't be evil because Goku hit his head in the original universe. AU is AU, things happen differently, people develop differently, and the order of the original universe has no bearing.
shonenhikada wrote:Yamcha was a desert bandit and Tenshinhan's life was not affected by Goku until the 22nd budokai. The fact that Goku is an adult in the chapter indicates that he didn't leave his home in the mountain until quite recently; maybe a year or two.
Except that there's no reason to think that the 22nd Budokai ever happened. Why, exactly, would Kakkarotto sit around on his ass for 2 decades before starting his rampage? Baby Goku was more than willing to bite off Gohan's arm. Yamcha likely never became a desert bandit, and both of them would have had their lives affected by Kakkarotto long before then 22nd Budokai. Quit trying to branch his universe off at the starting point of the chapter instead of at Kakkarotto's lack of head hitting.
shonenhikada wrote:Except as we all know Goku before hitting his head was an aggressive little brat, who showed no discipline other than to attack people. He would have progressed slower than Son Goku from universe 18...
We don't know that because we don't know how the events of this universe unfolded. We don't know what fights Kakkarotto got into, and barely survived, to gain zenkais from. Roshi and Tao would have been serious threats to a younger Kakkarotto, the latter certainly willing to try and kill him with little provocation.
Kingdom Heartless wrote:Is that really an issue? I mean, Namek had several suns, so the idea of planets that size being around that universe isn't really that farfetched.
This. As far as I'm concerned, Toriyama already made the most physics defying planet anyone could ever create, ever, when he devised Namek. Three suns isn't really an issue, a trinary system could have a planet (though not one likely to have any life) but... well, Namek has no night. Which means the suns orbit the planet, and not the other way around. For a giant magical world this wouldn't be an issue. For a normal world in the normal universe... it's a brain buster.

<Kaboom> I'm just glad that he now sounds more like Invader Zim than Rita Repulsa
<Xyex> Original Freeza never sounded like a chick to me.
<Kaboom> Neither does Rita
<Xyex> Good point.

I fucking love crazy Kakarot! It's much more interesting than just "here's just an evil version of Goku" and just leaving it as that.

What I find more amazing was that Vegeta put up with him for so long rather than just treating him like a rabid dog.

I can imagine next page either Kakarot totally obliterating Pan, or Pan hitting Kakarot with a Kamahameha, and he'll just get back up.

What?!

But the perfect way to square off your genocidal murder-rapist lunatic is to give him a laugh like Count von Count from Sesame Street!

I thought it was a brilliant design decision!

"AH AH AH! ONE! ONE HAFLING!" *fires ki blast* "AH AH AH! ZERO! ZERO HALFLING!"

"I'm not crazy!"

You aren't fooling anyone Kakarotto..

I fear Pan will experience just how crazy he is.

It’s pretty much an unsaid rule in fiction that, whenever a character says, “I’m not crazy! Ha ha ha!”…the maniacal laughter kind of tips you to the fact that they, in fact, are.

Well this is interesting. Goku was really stupid when he was "good", and now that he's bad he's just a fucking crazy bastard. How Awesome!

Forgotten technique, unused since 23th Tenkaichi Budokai, wasn`t expecting that  Unfortunately for Pan, I'm afraid it will only make Kakarotto more mad.

Did not see that coming, very clever. Just, uh, don't get yourself killed, Pan.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.
Draws comics that may or may not have been blatantly inspired by Akira Toriyama's manga.

Maybe Kakarot is dead as he was off guard?? Haha, good page.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada
