So, this Pan could be around Freeza's level if she can do this to a super saiyan, even one who is cocky and obviously holding back. Evil Goku is so insane I love it. I also love seeing Pan whup ass with her little base form self. She's a lot like Goku when he was a kid.

Kakarotto will get pissed and take her out soon. She needs to become a super saiyan or she'll die.

I doubt it, since I'm pretty sure Gogeta Jr and Salagir are of the general opinion that not even Goku and Vegeta "prime" have reached or surpassed Freeza in base. So if they're not that strong, then it's highly unlikely Pan would be unless she's got something special going on.

So I figure either A) She DOES have something special going on, B) Kakarrot isn't that strong for a Super Saiyan, or C) She's just getting off some really good hits regardless of power due to skill.

I'd bet it's C.

I really liked that Nyoibo trick.

I'm not really a fan of Kakarotto's crazy faces though. It just seems kind of...forced. I like that he is crazy, I just don't think it's being illustrated well.

Hmm that's true.... Well, Pan is a beast all her own. Who knows what she could do here...

Honestly, I was figuring her around 50-75% Freeza, which would explain Ssj Evil Goku's initial comments after she powers-up, and the fact that she's landing some hits. Freeza was able to pull some moves on Ssj Goku before he went 100%, and though I do place these evil super saiyans well beyond 100% Freeza, this version of "Kakarotto" is an even bigger idiot than ours. He's the kind to let someone of Pan's level make a fool out of him, however briefly.

- Then again, the authors don't have base Goku and Vegeta at 100% Freeza, so who knows. I just think that, to be able to do this to a super saiyan, whatever the circumstances, shows that one must have some great freakin' power.

I thought of an idea I'd like to see in this story.

A heroic Cell.

I wonder how he would respond to the evil version of himself in the tournament.

I highly doubt such a thing is possible, unless it's not actually Cell.

I was thinking the what if could be that Raditz escaped Goku's grasp and Piccolo's Makankosappo just hit Goku. Raditz then takes out Piccolo & kidnaps Gohan. Vegeta & Nappa show up to help Raditz exterminate all life on Earth where either Yamcha or Tien mentions they wished they had the Dragon Balls. From there, the 3 go to Namek to intercept Frieza's Dragon Balls, and to make a long story short, they do. Instead of wishing for eternal life, they wish to become the legendary super saiyans of legends and return to Earth to restart the Saiyan empire since Gohan is proof Saiyans can mate with Humans.

During this complete Saiyan takeover, now that Vegeta rules over Frieza's Planet Trade Organization, Dr. Gero's spy bots have confirmed Goku to be dead and instead turns his research to defeating the Saiyans since, despite being evil, he can't really do much with Earth being under Saiyan rule. This would be where Cell's programming would change, and once complete, he'd be on a quest to stop the Saiyans. Perhaps Androids 17 & 18 would be different as well and offer themselves to be merged with Cell for the greater good. Perfect Cell then attacks the Saiyan Empire defeating Nappa, Raditz, & Vegeta. He would ironically have a climatic battle with Gohan, which he would barely win and be the new champion of Earth.

All in all, I think the idea of a heroic Cell would be an interesting mix when confronting our heroes, or his evil counterpart.

I still don't see it happening. Gero is evil and Cell wasn't given any morality at all. He also absorbed entire cities of people to become stronger.

At best he'd only appear heroic out of coincidence.

So at that point, he just sort of 'goes through the motions' for a while, but isn't really evil, never holds the Cell Games, and that's about all the further I've developed the idea so far.
