I think it was pretty evident that it was Gotenks. Goku stating that his mystery person went overboard with their display of power, he's a temporary being and then finally Piccolo's sweet, sweet reaction to having to deal with him again... gold.

I really hoped that everybody would see it like this. I thought the build up , with the hints dropped along the way, would make it obvious Kinda dissapointed in myself for not making it as clear as itt was supposed to be. I mean, Krillin ?

Well, if it's any consolation, I think you did a good enough job. I figured out it was Gotenks just from the hints. I didn't even need to get down to his reveal panel, let alone take a second look at anything. lol

I think you did a good job on the build up and I figured it out. At first I wasn't sure but the "temporary" line is a dead give away. Plus how many people can one shot Vegeta? It doesn't make sense for it to be Gohan so it had to be Buu or Gotenks or somebody new but Vegeta acted like he kind of knew the guy.

I too thought it was Kurilin at first... until I saw the hair, and realized Kurilin isn't old enough to have grey hair. Then I realised it was Gotenks which makes much more sense.

It was clear enough; some people are just slow.

I had to take a couple more looks before I got it, but then I thought, "Who else could one-shot Vegeta?", re-read the "he's temporary" line, looked at his eyes and hair, and realized Piccolo's comical reaction.

His bizarre appearance confused me. The fact that he had almost none of his hair visible didn't help. But I did get who he was . Awesome pages as usual.

I plan on finishing an original work first after I'm done with this. After I'm done with that, I might start other small DB related fan comics. I have so many ideas, but I gotta start taking my wish to be a graphic novel artist seriously.

You know, it was good of me waiting a long time to read this (to be honest I didn't even see it until you updated it with new chapters...). I really love the premise of this comic; it was fleshed out nicely. You had me in stitches a couple times with Piccolo's attitude and Vegeta's as well. The art is really good, and I like how you gave it a twist if your own. To know that this is coming to an end is quite disheartening, but you did great with this; it's hilarious, well written and nicely drawn.

You get 7 Dragonballs out of 7.

I had no chance to "figure out" that it was Gotenks since I didn't see the comic until after working my way back from this page and seeing everyone else talk about it. Also, Goku seems to have that same "Me and Vegeta are buddies" mentality despite all evidence to the contrary as when he first gets to Namek in DBZA, which is hilarious; I always thought that was a great interpretation of the character.

Can't wait for the end.

Well that's how I always imagine the character too, especiaslly because he never seems to take any of Vegeta's attitude to heart.
However, another less serious interpretation of the character that I like, is that he is doing it deliberately to piss Vegeta off

Perhaps it's both? He thinks they're buddies and he's just giving him his own Goku version of an "attitude", because friends can have fun by giving each other a hard time... lol
