Scarz, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want the next page to be Gohan and Videl getting it on Saiyan-style, while bystanders watch. And maybe Ran-Fan, revealed to be Videl's mother, arrives and joins in. *nudge nudge, wink wink*

Hey, Scarz, what do you use to make your drawings? They look like they were made digitally.

I'm pretty sure she uses a tablet.

How?! Cintiqs are so expensive! I'm mad jealous.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Yeah, but they really can price it whatever they want, because they pretty much have the graphic tablet market monopolized.

It is way too expensive though. I don't think that adding a screen raises the price $800 from the Intuos, and more depending on screen size.

And the color on the screen is not even that great. No matter how many times you adjust the tint or brightness you can never get the colors match what's on your main monitor.

They also have a HD cintiq that will run you back about $2000, if not more. (I'm currently trying to save up for that one).

If I was going to get a Cintiq that's the one I'd shoot for. For now, I just rock that Bamboo. You'd think Tablet PC's would be pushing Wacom into a corner but they don't seem to be doing a whole lot in the art department.

Yeah, you'd figure another company would want to venture there considering that basically everything has a touch screen now. It's not like they'd have to make anything that new.

Looks like Videl and Gohan has an audience. :D

And this comic is still safe for work. This is like a new record for me.

Oh, you sure are "stiff" alright, Gohan!

I spotted your cameo on the bottom right too. :P

I am dissapoint. Why is there no Mike with cardboard Goku hair and Dragon Box Scouter cameo? =P

I think my favorite is the 'How indecent!' woman for some reason. It cracked me up.

Er, okay. She's my second favorite actually. But I figure Videl in her current...outfit...goes without saying.

Loving the smirking self-insert cameo there, Scarz.

I'm liking this comic. :)

My first try at making a fake criterion cover. I'm surprise that no one on this forum has done it yet? Criterion DVD's always been known to go for a simple artistry look to them. I did one for the upcoming 2013 movie.

I know that it said 2005, but I had no idea how to get rid of it in CS3? Enjoy :) !

I got a kick out of that too. Besides drawing Vidle in her undies, the crowd was my second favorite thing to draw.

Is it bad that every time I check the Fan Works thread that I hope it's another page of Scarz psuedo (at this point, that could change)-H manga. It's funny and fits Dragon Ball oddly too. If Toriyama was going to make a manga like that it would turn out a lot like this.

A new concept for Cell.
I thought "Despite the fact that he's supposed to be insect-like, I do instinctively consider Cell as more human-like than insect-like. How could I insist more on his insect side, make him look like more of a giant insect I would feel uncomfortable with?"

So here you go, with some sort of insect gradation in his evolution:
- The 1st form of evolution is based on "low quality" insects like a cockroach here, quite an annoyance that may be perceived as dirty and disgusting to people, but nothing too powerful or scary...
- The 2nd form of evolution is based on more resistant insects like a scarab here, with a solid "armor" and better equiped weaponry. Parts of vivid colors (red) start to appear as this is how insects show their nature is dangerous. The blue eyes are not really insect-like but were inherited from C-17, and fit more or less with the rest of his appearance.
- The 3rd and final form of evolution is based on dangerous and potentially deadly insects like a wasp here, signaling the danger they reprensent by being all about vivid colors, complete with all-black eyes.

Don't forget that I did not create those renders, I only tweaked the colors. 8)
