I was actually thinking we might get two secrets this time when Super Oozaru Bebi Vegeta wasn't with the rest of the Dimensional Transfers. It fits with past sets where didn't have have new characters or forms. But I thought they would do something a bit better than SS4 Goku for the other one...

I bet for the Super 17 saga, we might end up getting something like Sigma Wheelo (Fusion between Dr. Wheelo and Super Sigma) . I rather have a SSj4 Vegito instead another SSj3 transformation, but that's just me.

Can't they just go to AT and ask him to invent SSJ2 and SSJ3 forms for all the characters they want? I don't think that would be too much of a trouble to AT.

Why would they? It's not stopping them from doing it anyway.

Perhaps AT would come up with something better? And I think skipping SSJ2 may be because they don't really know how to design that. Or I'm just imagining things.

Super Saiyan 2 doesn't look that different and impressive from the normal Super Saiyan (ignoring Gohan in Cell Games, of course). But Super Saiyan 3 has a very different design compared to Super Saiyan, and it's also the final form in the manga & DBZ. It gives a bigger impression, and can give more sales than SS2.

Now that Super Saiyan 4 is introduced, I hope we could see more Saiyans in that form, since it's appearance is different in every user.

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I think SSj4 Gohan will look no different then all of the fan art of him that exist on the Internet in the past 10 years. If Broli goes SSj4 next then would his far be green this time :| ?

I would like to see the possibilities. Even if we get an army of Super Saiyan 4, there will always be only tree real Super Saiyan 4 users for me. Same goes for Super Saiyan 3.

Who would be the three SS3s?

I think Vegito and Gohan are the only ones that I would like to see as a SSj4. If Trunks does become a SSj4 then I hope that they don't make his fur purple.

An army of SSJ4. An army of Legendary Super Saiyans. I liked the idea when just Goku and Vegeta had it. No need for Gohan and the others to get it. They aren't full-blooded Saiyans. They don't represent the battle-loving pinnacle of the Saiyan race. Goku and Vegeta do.

Super Saiyan 3 was a bizarre transformation that was permitted through the changing of the user's setting to a more surreal or infinite zone, like the Afterlife of the ROSAT, so that can explain why Trunks, Vegeta, and Gogeta can become SSJ3.

But giving everybody SSJ4? No. Yeah, I know there's the artificial machine, but lets not go there. I doubt Gohan or Trunks can rationalize themselves as Golden Ohzaru, as even Goku would've been left going on a rampage if it wasn't for Pan's tears.

SSJ4 Broly, however ... Nah, lets not go there either.

I don't want more SS4s, but I really wouldn't care if they made them. It's my worst nightmare because I'm working on a fan project that has to include all these new transformations in the main canon. While it wouldn't be too hard to include Vegetto, Gohan, Goten or Trunks with the forms, but if the give it to Broli...I'm not sure how I could bring him back a 4th time and have it not seem completely trite and contrived...

^I guess you can have Broli go SSj4 during the Super 17 saga when he escapes out of Hell.
