What's there to wonder about? We're not in the initial beginning of Kai any more, the series been out for a long time now and since then all dubs (plus the original audio Japanese) has been replaced with the replacement music (Kikuchi).
For one, "The Lone Warrior" will stay and it's composed by Kenji Yamamoto (What I'm grateful of, it was his last composed piece ever to Dragon Ball francishe, and he went out with a bang.)
And afterall, Poland is strange

The song still plays in the replacement score version because it's NOT Yamamoto's composition.

Who else composes to DB Kai then? It's like saying "They used Chala Head Chala in Ultimate Tenkaichi because Kenji didn't compose it" when he did.

Takafumi Iwasaki. You should know that Yamamoto isn't the only composer involved in Kai, which is why some theme/insert songs are still kept in the replacement score version. And yes, Cha-La Head-Cha-La is still used because it's not Yamamoto's composition, too. He just arranged what Chiho Kiyooka composed.

It seems you have. I was about to make a comment about insert songs and Yamamoto being an arranger but Kei beat me to it.

Okay, so I've watched the first episode that aired today.
Aspect ratio is 16:9. The opening seemed to be a little sped up for some reason and it was creditless, just like the ending. For some reason, the title card didn't have the title written on it - just the background with the Dragon Balls.
As expected, it's with the voice-over again. The script is definitely from the English dub, but even so, the translation is mediocre at best. The footage was uncut and the Next Episode Preview was present after the ending.
And of course, we've got Shunsuke Kikuchi's music.
I'm definitely not gonna watch anymore episodes.

I saw 1st episode too, like Shnuki said, its based on English version, footage is uncensored (Bardock had blood), too bad, that translation had some strange errors, like Roshi "Chi-Chi grown-up into scientist" It look like we will never recieve as awesome anime translation as manga

I'm also done, not only it`s a voice-over, but inferior Japanese original, with badly placed Kikuchi music

Why I'm not surprised that the translation is on the typical AXN level?

Voice-overs you mean talking over another language? I thought this kind of crap was history.

Welcome to budget releases in Poland. The worst part is that lots of people claim that they enjoy it, because "it lets you to hear the original voices" so nobody feels urge to end this crap (luckily cartoons are usually dubbed and HBO and other premium channels have a choice of version) .

This is so dumb, I mean, just turn off the freaking background voices and do the dub.
It's annoying when I used to watch Discovery Channel and it had voice-overs, seriously, so amateur.

If you want to hear the original voices, why not just do subtitles?
Makes more sense to me than having a guy narrate what's going on.

Unfortunately, hiring one guy to do voice over, is cheaper, than having to hire dubbing company, and pay actors/actresses. Maybe after failure, that was air of Sailor Moon, they will realise, that early 90 and Polonia 1 times are over (Polonia 1 was/still is a channel, that air plenty of very old anime, with Italy dub, and voice over)

Sailor Moon was a failure? After all it was aired on really obscure channel, so nobody even imaged that it would be something different than appealing to old guard.
And sorry- nothing will change. The older generation is used to that, the younger doesn't rely on TV that much. If it's so, who is going to raise costs for art? Moreover- who would do that? The only way to work as a voice actor now is being hired by mainstream cartoon channels and Disney movies, since there's only thing to be dubbed here since 80s Martial Law killed TV dub.

So do some people typing here actually live in Poland, or are you just debating about the Polish version? I can also confirm that in Poland only the "mainstream" cartoon channels get dubbing, like Disney XD/Cartoon Network for example. Most of the animes aired on other channels have a voiceover/lector speaking
