You're pulling this out of your ass. You know this, we know this.
Dimps never 'went under', they had their games published by Atari internationally, and they sold well. Dimps isn't 'working for Capcom' (not as exclusively as you make it sound), they still make games for other companies such as SEGA (they've definately made their mark on the Sonic franchise, which they were making games for before Street Fighter IV by the way). They're a games development studio who can work for practically whoever they want, they don't need to be tied to some contract and work for a single company. As everyone else said, Dimps is still kinda' involved with the franchise right now, so not a single thing you said in that post is true, except for 'Atari went under'.
Whenever Burst Limit 2 or Budokai 4 is ever developed by Dimps and is officially released, you have my permission to rub it in my face and call me a dumbass, a liar and a retard.

No where in there did I see him rubbing anything in your face, calling you a dumbass, a liar, or a retard. He's just stating facts.

I didn't say he was calling me a dumbass, a liar, or a retard. I'm saying that when burst limit 2 or budokai 4 is officially announced and being developed by Dimps, then I give him my permission to call me a dumbass, a liar, and a retard.

The only "facts" I care about is when Namco Bandai factually officially announces Burst Limit 2 or Budokai 4. Until then, he's got nothing, because Burst Limit 2 and Budokai 4 are still 2 non-existent games at this point. < This would be a fact.

I'm not a moderator or anything, but seriously, pipe down guy.
I'm not looking to call anybody any of those things, I'm stating what we know and can prove about the current Dimps-Dragon Ball situation, trying to stop any confusion and have a meaningful debate.
If you're picking and choosing what you consider relevant facts (while blatantly ignoring others which you don't approve of), this might not be the message board for you, as people are gonna call you out on that.

Got the encoded version here. This is the mp4 version of Budokai 3 Opening in HD with Audio:

I tried to keep the quality intact.

Thanks for this.

Do you happen to have Budokai 1 HD Opening (US release) with CHA-LA-HEAD-CHA-LA?

Btw, MediaFire's got pretty unstable since 2011-2012 so better to download this asap before it gets reported.

Isn't the footage very jumpy? I wonder they messed up something during encoding it.

Is it me or is the COM very overpowered in B3? They always try to pull an ultimate attack over and over again. Heck, I put the COM to very weak and still lose often.

I don't find any of the COM battles particularly hard except Very Strong. In Story Mode if you beat it on the highest difficulty you can unlock the Z difficulties which aren't really harder then the Very Strong mode but give the COM massive increases in stats. So they can teleport using only two bars, don't take as much damage and do even more damage to you while having more health than on the non-Z modes. Completing each Z mode in the story unlocks a new Z mode. Up to Z3. Word of warning, do not fight Gotenks in Goku's DU on any Z mode or even on Very Strong. You'll just end up crying due to his ability to infinitely teleport and his fusion timer never runs out. I managed to beat him on Z3 after like 100 fights. I'm not the best player in the world, frankly I'm god awful in comparison to some of the people I've seen playing the game. If your having trouble beating the COM I'm guessing you don't know anything about cancelling? If not I suggest you go to YT and go to a channel by a guy with the name of "Underlordtico" he has put up a lot of tutorials explaining about ki management(A very important thing in the Budokai games), cancelling and general high level techniques such as fast cancelling to beat out opponents TC's as well as the Neutral P method. Also he covers a little on Back Dash and Revert Back Dash combo'ing.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. It's like that in the game: VERY jumpy. Something definitely wrong happened during encoding probably. It's annoyingly very noticeable.

I started a new game on very hard on both games since, in my option, am a pro at Budokai. Infinite World and the original B3's Z3 difficulty were nothing. Either I'm really rusty or they really uped the difficulty on these games. I had to put it on easy just to get through it without frustration.

The only difficult thing (as in I'll never make it through) I found was Satan's special mode in Budokai 1.
They really were crazy to have no checkpoint and ask you to beat several tough opponents in one row without having your health refill.
Hell, even with a complete gauge, Gohan would have probably been able to beat me up, I felt like I was just a punching ball to that raging brat! :x

It looks like when they encoded the footage, they cut the frame rate. Like instead of 25 fps, it's down to 22-23 fps. I don't know if the PAL releases has this little niggle of a problem or not, but it's worth mentioning.

Budokai 3 is ridiculously easy even on Z3 mode with Very Strong COM.

I would like to see you prove that, lol. Especially when the COM has 7 bars and you only have 1 in the dueling mode.

I got a reply from PlayAsia's customer support regarding the Asian release, and they told me despite the description Budokai 1 uses the Engish voice over, so if you want Japanese voices in Budokai 1 the PAL release is your only option.

Same here! Got the game November 11th, and got Platinum this morning at 2:13 am. Only around 7 days!

My only other platinum belongs to Jak and Daxter, but I got that in 22 days. I would have got it in a day but I was too busy.

That's definitely what happened, big drop in frame rate. It's crazy how little the number difference can be but a huge visual difference. I especially can tell because of how many times I saw the intro playing B3 back on the PS2.

Sorry he said there is no Budokai 1 Opening, I'm not sure why there isn't, maybe he just couldn't find it. Please do let me know if it gets reported, I can upload the file to my website and host it there.

Yeah I found that it looks very jumpy too, the frame rate of the original is 29.97 according to VLC (I kept my encoded version at 29.97 also). I'm pretty sure the jumpiness is in the original file so I don't think it was anything from when I added the music. I've got it posted a few pages back so you can download it and check it for yourself.

My HD Collection arrived today.

It's a Christmas present, so I won't be playing it until then. But I look forward to doing so.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!
