The Sparking series started sometime when the 360 came out nearly several years ago. They still did fine and I doubt everyone is going to rush out to buy a new console anytime soon. I didn't get a Xbox 360 until May 4th, 2007 for my 16th birthday.

Yeah, but BT2 and 3 didn't really make huge pushes in the graphical department that weren't in BT1. And IW was basically a redone B3.

This game isn't really making a big push in the graphics department either.

Yeah, the gameplay looks a lot better than B. Tenkaichi or R. Blast games. I wonder how many years will it take until it's released for home consoles (it might never happened, but who knows).

I may be late on this but did you guys see the alternate costumes that are coming to the game? They have fucking Boo in his pajamas and Trunks with the sleeveless jacket and quite a few others that have never been in a game before.
With these graphics it makes me wonder if the next-gen consoles coming (PlayStation Orbis + Xbox Infinity -- Codenames) will be able to have this kind of graphical power.
I know... Bring it to PC instead of consoles.
Edit: Wii U is a next-gen console but I don't think Nintendo's newer console can reach this level of graphics.

Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
I think the game needs to complete itself more before it gets a home release. Maybe after (dare I say) 4 or 5 more updates should we get a home release especially with DLC being frowned upon more and more these days.
Complete the Boo saga cast and throw in more movie characters preferably Janemba, Cooler and Slug ( because I'm curious to see his Giant form if it makes it in).
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

I think a 360/PS3/Wii U version will likely have some exclusives stuff for the consoles. Super DBZ had like five new characters for the PS2 version from what I can remember.
I'm sort of hoping that, once they feel like they've sufficiently packed this game full of material, they'll put the it onto consoles. And hopefully not make all of this stuff DLC... D=
and quite a few others that have never been in a game before.
