:? *has not seen Movie 12 yet* Does Janemba die?
It's more of a parasite dying and leaving it's host alive.

It was never stated that Paikuhan dies in movie 12.

1) Janemba doesn't destroy Paikuhan in any context, he just knocks him out.

2) Evil energy consumed one of Enma's goons and transformed him into Janemba. When a Genkidama gets thrown at him, Janemba reverts back to the teenage idiot. So technically no, Janemba doesn't die either.

But Freeza does! :P

It was a genkidama? I thought it was some random "Stardust" attack(it says on one of the budokais, I think.) As for Freeza, yeah that was funny.

Yeah, there are many reasons why that attack couldn't have been a Genki-dama.

1: Gogeta was in SSJ form.

2: It doesn't take 2 seconds to summon the genki energy to defeat Janemba.

3: The games don't call it a Genki-dama or Spirit Bomb.

1: This rule only applies to movie 7, in which said rule is broken as the rule is being made. :P

2: I just figured it was for suspense or something; that maybe Gogeta has the ability to make Genkidama's quickly because of his strength (maybe he pumped all his own strength into it and/or is capable of more quickly accumulating the energy than Goku would); that Janemba could be defeated by a weak Genkidama because he's not strong-he's just evil personified; or that Toei ran screwed up.

3: Daizenshuu says it is, so I go with that over a few recent games.
