If it helps, it's from a few filler episodes before the Cell Games. It's during the 7 days after Goku and Gohan leave the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. If I remember correctly he was fighting General Tao too.

I don't know if this card (upper left) is the origin, but I know that I've seen that specific image somewhere before.
