Here's one.

1. We were destroyed in the explosion on Namek
2. We were only seen again in filler episodes and flashbacks
3. Our replacements looked pretty ugly

Try this one ^_^

Nope but it does relate to Frieza.

1. Our replacements look exactly like us.
2. Our replacements died alongside Frieza

The battle armor Freeza's men used?
Probably not, since Gohan used it when Freeza and Cold arrived...

So... perhaps the soldiers' blasters?

Nope!

It relates to Frieza himself, nobody else.

Close but I'll give you that one. Correct full answer was Frieza's Limbs because it includes an arm and his tail.

1. I am "brother" to Goku,
2. I am as green as Piccolo
3. I am just as cowardly as Oolong

I'm gonna take a stupid guess and say... Cell?

1. He has DNA samples of Goku incorporated into himself, technically making him a relative/Brother of Goku.
2. He's as Green as Piccolo
3. In his Imperfect form he was know to run and hide from the Z fighters in search of the Androids and to absorb Bio-Matter.
