Wow, guess I'm not that old. Toriyama had already started Dragon Ball when I was born.
December 7th, 1984. I was born 4 days after the first chapter of Dragon Ball was published on Weekly Shonen Jump. Of course, there was no anime planned at that moment...

^ Awesome! I'm almost as awesome. My birthday, March, 7, 1986, was just two days after the second episode, "What the...?! No Balls!" It's only almost as awesome because, by that point, the manga had just finished chapter 62, "Danger! The Art of Division!" wherein Goku fights the Murasaki quintuplets. Don't get me wrong. I love Murasaki, and this was actually a color chapter, but it's not terribly momentous in the long run.

Some pretty awesome birthdays going on here, weird to think that almost a decade after an episode aired near my birthday I'd be watching it.
Anyway the episode that's a day after my birthday is
Cell KO!! With Just Two Super-Iron Fists where Gohan has just achieved SSJ2 and is pummeling Perfect Cell.

I was born on October 26th 1992, so between Z 147 and 148, while Vegeta was getting beaten by perfect Cell.

April 5th (Toriyama's birthday!) 1983 - The day before Dr. Slump episode 102, "Adventure, Adventure, Big Adventure!!" About a year and a half later, Dragon Ball debuted.
Hmmm.... now that makes me wanna dig through my NGN subs and see if I've got that one!

August of '84. A few months before the whole shebang started.

I was born April 3, 1991, the day DBZ #085 aired. The episode in which Goku finally got fully healed and Freeza dominated Vegeta in their fight.

I was born on November 23, 1991... So right as the Garlic Jr. filler ended and Freeza landed on Earth.
Episode #118 "That There is Earth, Papa... The Counter-Attack of Freeza, Father and Son"

I was born the very day episode 66 of Dr. Slump aired.
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.

Let's see here...I was born on August 15, 1989. So looking at the Kanzenshuu episode guide, the episode airing closest to my birthdate was...Dragon Ball Z: Episode 16: Run, Gohan! Longing for Mt. Paozu, Where Chi-Chi is Waiting (AKA 'Plight of the Children' in the dub). That's actually pretty awesome, as I liked Pigero the most out of those early DBZ filler characters, and always wished they'd thought to have him show up again during the Saiyaman arc, to see the kind of guy Gohan grew up into...and his reaction to that.
As for chapter of the manga...ack, I can't seem to find a listing of when each chapter came out, but I'll bet it's somewhere on here. *starts digging around the main site*

I was born a day before Z episode 165, where Trunks begins to fight Cell for a million years. More interestingly, I was born a day after the Cell Games began in the manga.

I was born the morning of episode #59 (DBZ: "Bulma, Watch Out!! The Four-Star Ball Falls into Freeza’s Hands"). I feel so proud to have been born on quite possibly the most irrelevant and useless mini filler arc in all of Dragon Ball...

The closest I can get is episode 25. Danger From Above, the one where Goku starts his semi-final match against Nam.
It's cool that DB is older than me, DB was on Japanese TV before I was born! I still class me and the DB anime as the same age though, since it started airing in '86, the same year I was born.
