Tenshinhan has the power to destroy cities and level mountains at the very least if you're one of those people that believe him and the other humans remained weak.

You automatically fuse with someone when the earrings are put on, since race or gender isn't a problem I don't think a physical state like unconsciousness would either.

I think it does matter. Nothing outright says being unconscious would still work. Mr. Satan isn't even nearly as fast or strong as any of the z warriors. He doesn't even compare to Yamcha. Mr. Satan embarrasses himself in front of everyone. If he were even near Yamcha they wouldn't think he was so pathetic. Mr. Satan can't even catch a bullet. Mr. Satan can't destroy the moon or even move so fast that humans can't see him. Any member of the Z-fighters can do that. Mr. Satan can't even beat Tao Pai Pai or Daimao. Tenshinhan or any member of the Z-fighters far surpass Tao Pai Pai and Daimao. Goku at the beginning of Dragonball would defeat Mr. Satan. Mr. Satan has never fought a super being and won.

Satan can't even survive one bullet, one bullet can kill him. That alone puts him below everyone. Any character with a power level above Muten Roshi and can use ki can destroy a moon.

Of course everyone around Goku's strength can survive a bullet. We see Kuririn and Roshi do it. Going by that logic Freeza is stronger then the androids because they never destroyed a planet. Your claims are absolutely ridiculous.

Mr. Satan can't beat anyone in Muten Roshi's league, fact. He can't throw a pillar that moves faster then a jet and jump high and fast enough to reach it. He has done absolutely nothing to be classified as stronger then Tenshinhan. Other then that one interpretation which can easily be classified as Tenshinhan is out cold, what else puts Mr. Satan above the rest of the Z-fighters. Bora could beat him down. How does he match Tenshinhan's speed or strength? He moves too slow and has no knowledge of ki. I can't tell if your trolling or something.

Well no point in arguing with you then if you believe that. When you honestly believe that, then reason and logic already left. When nothing Mr. Satan has ever done or even suggested clearly puts him above any of the z-fighters and somehow you think he is. Logic left the building. I guess that guy wearing the SSJ t-shirt must be the creator of the universe too. I guess that the farmer wasn't using his Super Shot Gun to kill Raditz. I guess the androids are weaker then Freeza. Yajirobe only pretends to be cowardly and is actually the true strongest in the universe.

Mr. Satan could barely destroy a pile of tiles, Goku could literally pulverize rocks with his finger. Neither could Satan jump dozens of meters or beat up dinossaurs like Goku.
