Looking for an old game

Post by HippyGilmore » Sun Mar 05, 2006 6:30 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if somebody could help me locate a copy of a DBZ game I played to death many moons ago. I haven't the slightest clue whether it's an obscure game or something you've all played. It was the first RPG-style DBZ game I had ever played, and it used cards with Kanji or Chinese characters on them for attacks (I'm not sure which as I don't know the difference. Maybe it was gibberish?). It was either for the original Nintendo or Super Nintendo as I played it for the first time on an emulator, and the graphics weren't anything special. It took place on both the earth and Namek, and you could fly around and get into random fights.

Unfortunately, that's all I remember about it, but I'm hoping the distinctive battle system where you picked a card to do an attack will help someone remember it for me. All I need is a name to pop into an ebay search. Thanks!

Or better yet check out SuperPope. I'm sure it'll be easier to figure out which game it is there.
