Oooh, definitely not a good experience that would be.

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

Stinger and Balloon have to be the worse and are a tie for me.

Absorbed by open tail, second.
** Exploded in the air by Frieza / Babidi's head explosion **, third.
Turned food and Eaten, fourth.
Absorbed by Buu, fifth.
Check out Journey's End, a short story of Goku and Vegeta's final days. "Time is running out for the last two Saiyans"

I'd have to say being inflated like a balloon by Buu would be a horrible experience. But I'd also not like to be hit by Akkuman's devilmite beam..

Everything.

Like...from King Piccolo on, I would be a sobbing wreck in the corner.

Frieza's ugly mug would haunt my dreams.

Android 19 would make me cry.

Cell would make me realize how transient and meaningless human life is.

By the time Buu came, I would accept the sweet embrace of my candy-coated death.

What about floating in the sea with a hole in your chest a la Piccolo? Not knowing how long you have left? I mean, his ki signal was so low at the time they found him, that they initially believed him to be dead.
Or being rocked back and forth, penetrated by Freeza's horn.
Or slowly penetrated by #20's hand.

What about the mentally disturbing ones? Like Piccolo, Gohan and Kuririn vs. Freeza, still fighting? And then suddenly Vegeta gets killed like he is nothing?
Or if you are Gohan, fighting Cell, your dad dies because of you, and Cell just comes back, only stronger and knows Instant transmission?
Or when Vegeta has sacrificed himself, Gohan is presumed dead, and Goku nowhere to be found (out cold). Think about the horror their friends and family must have felt until Goku came back. And then it was hanging on two kids to learn a presumably complex technique.

You could go on, but being sucked dry by Cell would probably be really uncomfortable according to me.

Getting your insides melted by acid and then having them sucked out, idk sounds pretty painful. But maybe not as painful as having your stomach ripped open and then your skin stretched in every direction until you explode from the inside out.
