I was going through an old binder and found these.
The non-gold cards are also holographic. I was thinking sticker cards but I don't want to find out the hard way
Is it also true the gold ones are rare? I heard that a while ago but never thought much about it (considering the amount of doubles I have)

Are you sure those first 6 are from the same card set? Because I've never seen those, but I have some of the later ones.
Then again, they look vaguely similar to some other character ones that I know came with some of my later ones...so maybe it's just an earlier set.
Anyway, I have absolutely no idea where these come from sadly, but I've got the one with Gohan kicking Freeza, Goku trapped in the energy ball, and the one with everyone running from the dinosaur. I might have the one with Gohan, Vegeta, and Krillin reacting too, but I'm not sure. I've got a lot of these in a binder too though.

Yeah, I am pretty sure that Score had nothing to do with these, or at least they have to be entirely separate from the playable card game. They have like, story information, on the back of them right? The various ones I had seemed to range all the way from the mid-to-end of the fight with Freeza, through Garlic Jr. (and some of those cards events were out of order if you actually followed the numbers on the back), to the very beginning of Trunks showing up to warn about the Androids.

I have cards from that non-gold set. I don't even remember how I came by them.

Yup, that's the one haha. And that SS Goku gold card, I think I have as well, though the background doesn't seem to show up the same on mine...that could be the angle though.

No, thank you! I completely forgot about this series. After seeing this thread, I just had to go dig around to see if I could find these, and I did! I might just have to try fishing around for a few dozen packs so I can finish this series.

I remember hearing the gold ones were worth $100... lol don't think so anymore. I see some really cool gold ones on ebay that are tempting.

I figured out why those character cards didn't look quite right from what my collection has, thanks to that site. Apparently some of them have two different variants.
So the ones I have, look like this -
- rather than this -
Not a major difference, but it did catch my eye.

I used to own these card sets. I can tell you that these are from the same card series. I only had silver ones, not gold.
