What I'd like to see in hyptothetical Raging Blast 3, is one stage for each movie. Also having the DB-era and Z-era Budokai stages and the Otherworld tournament stage.

I would like to see Hell, complete with ogres, Bloody Pond and some random bad guys watching the fight besides that giant orb.

It be nice if they brought back stages from past games that we have not seen yet in an HD DBZ game like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and Inside Buu's Body. Those stages were awesome in Budokai 3.

I would like to see that "Sky Temple" stage from Budokai 2 make a revamped return, and future games absolutely NEED to follow in Tenkaichi 3's footsteps and feature Arale in Penguin Village.

As for new stages... the Afterlife Tournament stadium would be a blast.

Otherworld Tournament stage.
The ROSAT with ice and fire versions of the stage. We haven't seen the ROSAT in the past 4 Dragon Ball games.
