Looking at the actual page, it seems to me that she's just flying up from behind him, and he's in the front of the frame. I don't think she's shrunk down there.

So wait though, if Pilaf and gang get turned into kids again...is Pilaf wearing the outfit already as an adult, or is this more magical-changing-clothes-syndrome (...I demand fan art of Magical Girl Pilaf now). Because if it's just that weird thing happening again, that could explain Vegeta's figure outfit. And...oh lord...poor Gohan if he finds out what his mom wore as a child.

Yeah, I think the No. 18 thing is just a issue of perspective, not to mention it's probably a in-between frame, so it's not going to look too good.

By the way, I don't suppose we could get a closer shot of Gohan and Boo getting their faces smashed in...?

A closer shot of the Birusu and Vegeta screencap is what's interesting me. I'm curious to know if that theory mentioned earlier about that being where his tie-in-toy gets that pose/expression from turns out to be true.

Pilaf's definitely got "generic kindergartener uniform" on there. I've seen that uniform before in other series. All he's missing is the yellow bucket-hat.

Also, if it wasn't for them advertising this as being tied into the canon, I would so want to morbidly guess that the saiyajin Birusu is looking for is Brolli. XD That'd be awful, but just because.

Heh. Though I must admit, I haven't seen Madoka Magica yet. It's everywhere I look though, and I mean, everywhere.

The magical girl concept drew me in, but the designs and animation techniques they used for the bad guys kept me there. The bad guys in episode one were animated so creepily I wanted to look away from the screen the first time I saw it while simultaneously being impressed.

That would be a huge rick-roll (and a let down; I want to see something for Birusu and Goku's first battle like the early and mid fights in OPZ and Strong World. It doesn't need to be super-angsty, I just want some weight on it.).

I bet, if the whole theory about Freeza being Bills' "substitute" is true, Bills will end up realizing Goku and co. cause more damage on accident than Freeza ever did on purpose.

Okay, but for real, that little shot of #18 attacking Bills made me very excited. I'm just glad to see that others are at least getting in on the action, even if they don't end up being effective. I felt that there was a huge missed opportunity for #18 to have a short shining moment in the Boo arc when Kuririn made his little suicide run, but whatever... Just glad to see she hasn't been forgotten by Akira Toriyama, even if the color of her hair has.

The ad seems to imply that everybody's going to get a shot at Billy, which I love. Even if it was nothing major, one of the best things about the Jump Special was that all of the main fighters got a chance to shine. I'm really hoping for some good Kuririn scenes, even if we know he's not going to defeat anybody.

I'm guessing "the one Bils is looking for" is just going to end up being Goku in the end and he was wrong in the first encounter or something.

Maybe Birusu was under the impression that the saiyajin who defeated Freeza would be someone more along the lines of dead-serious Kenshiro from First of the North Star and not someone like super-excited Son Goku. XD
Kind of like how characters initially are in disbelief of the main character's identity in Rurouni Kenshin and Trigun because they don't look all overly-beefed with big 'ol eyebrows and massive chins, all gritty 'n poker-faced.

I'm getting sleepy and it's starting to show. XD
