1) In reality, is this really a Limited Edition steelbook of Dragon Ball Raging Blast or Namco Bandai just stamped it "Limited Edition" to make it seem worth buying?

2) Is it known how many copies of this steelbook were produced?

Meh, I might just keep this, though, I'll never play it again (it'll stay in bubble wrap as it is right now).

Yes it is a steelbook indeed. But mine looks like this.
The artbook and the soundtrack CD are also in there.

My one's the Xbox 360 Edition too, when I was a Dragon Ball Collector, this was a really awesome addition to the collection, but well, it's still pretty cool. Goku's front and Broli's back.
