Mayuri Kurotsuchi wrote:"In this world, nothing perfect exists. It may be a cliche after all but it's the way things are. That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

My YouTube
Soppa Saiyjins from Dorgou Ballru Zetto is my favorite transformation everah, especially when Trounksoru did it in front of Seru and when Bejita did it when he faced Jingonigen-hachigo. But for real, I use the FUNi pronunciation. - Soppa Saia People

There was dialogue in the Japanese version there as well but because the Japanese release was cropped into a wide aspect ration, I guess to save time, they didn't bother to animate his mouth.
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

I'd love to catalog all of the villains who appear in that scene.
Of course, I'm sure there would be a ton of errors.

That's the reason for this thread

I'd love to know how many bad guys are in this scene.

The Dragonboxes are like a middle aged woman who still looks good through simply taking good care of her skin and body with maybe a tiny bit of makeup while the Orange Bricks are like a middle aged woman who get's 50 tons of botox, makeup and plastic surgery in order to look younger and as a result looks even worse. ~ ringworm128

Can someone confirm this for me? I was watching DBZ Kai and the narrator said that Freeza settled a old rivalry with Dodoria but no one else said anything like that. Is this an error? I think it was episode 55.
It's actually over 8000 vegeta

This only makes me think how pristine the Buu arc is going to look in Kai. It already looks good enough in its original form in those caps.

Gah, I saw one on Saturday when watching my Dragon Box with Kibito when he finds the Kaioshin after being brought back to life. Forgot to cap it.
It is in his character to be rude and a bit crass. He's a hick, with no formal education. That is Son Goku. That is who he is.
Superman in an orange Gi was the bastard son of FUNimation. Its not The real character, it is as false as Chatku.

I was watching
episode 50 of Dragonball, the Pirates' Trap, when I saw this. The first half of the episode had General Blue's armband with the words "BLUE" spelled correctly, but halfway though the episode after the eyecatch it turned into BULE for the rest of the episode. It's really hard to miss, lol. The next episode it turned back to BLUE as it should.

Umm, I just watched the entire episode 55 of Kai, and there's no mention of Duduria at all. It's all about Freeza coming back to get revenge, and coming to Earth. You sure you don't mean something like Z's episode 55, and not Kai? Even then, Z's 55 deals more with Vegeeta's escape from Freeza's spaceship and stealing the Dragon Balls.
If you're sure it's Kai, are you instead sure that you're not thinking of something like episode
22? Because that deals with Duduria.

I think he meant 22. That seems to be about where Vegeta kills Dodoria, right? Also, I'm pretty sure he just heard "Vegeta" as "Freeza".

Mm-hmm. Episode 22 is the one where Duduria spills the beans about Planet Vegeeta and Vegeeta kills him.

I find it interesting that they went to a lot of measures to sensor blood for the initial DBZ dub in the U.S. But this little section of Goku's wound slipped through.

A bit nit-picky but an error in censorship I suppose lol
As far a errors of the uncut-Japanese version... I assume this is supposed to say "closed" and not "close"

There's a similar error in the Freeza arc where Reacoom does the same.

I'm more interested in knowing what's going on with their fingers than the lack of censorship. Is Krillin supposed to be wrapping both of his hands around Goku's hand? It just doesn't look right...

Wow! I just got through watching that movie and didn't spot that. Nice eye

NOW you can tell that he's Freeza's brother.
