Recent purchase? Oh those two yellow boxes with the blue case things in the middle.

Image

And with that...FINALLY I own the Dragon Boxes! It was exhausting! But it feels good. I now finally have everything that I can possibly have of the series lol Closure = complete!

Well, finally decided to buy Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi (£13.33), mainly for the multiplayer mode, but if it sucks, there's always the DBZ Story Mode and Custom Character.

Image

Now all that's missing is Dragon Ball Z For Kinect, but I'm definitely not going to pay £25 for it, it needs to drop down to £9.95 or £12.95, the high price isn't justifiable.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:

I don't think anynof the prices are justifiable. The kinect is something "new" but ultimate tenkaichi made me pretty upset when it came to the gameplay and they even couldn't do a remastered versio of the Budokai series right. I know there were circumstances with the music but the lack of 2 and the censoring as well. Sorry this is swerving towards irrelavent. I just hate how the recent games are turning out.

I'm the same, growing up I love Budokai 1 2, and the tenkaichi series (1-3) as they were released, Burst limit was good but it just felt like a better version of budokai 1 which after budokai 3 I would never go back to. The Raging Blast series was OK but just seemed boring and repetitive compared to Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi 3, then Ultimate Tenkaichi came out and that was the worst so far for me. I haven't played Kinnect yet, I've bought it and I know it's just Ultimate Tenkaichi with different controls so haven't bothered with it. I played the Budokai HD collection and I'm enjoying Budokai 3 but wouldn't have toutched the first Budokai remake if the Achievements/Trophies weren't there. I just wish they would remake Tenkaichi 3 or give us the arcade game thats currenlty in Japan as that looks good.
Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force

If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure :)

If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me :)

Ebay all the way. They have a Z Box for like 1800 or something, but what I did was buy GT and ask the seller if he had Z. I got mine for like $800.

All of the ones I bought came in mint condition, all wrapped and whatnot. I know that they were probably rewrapped, but still a nice feeling. First thing I did was inspect every disc and sure, there was some dust on some, there may be a scratch here and there, but mostly, they were like new. No damaged boxes, no broken disc holders, etc. The Dragon Ball one (I bought it a couple of years ago or something like that) did have a broken disc holder, but it was only one piece and it still holds the disc. Also, that guy damaged one of the discs so he replaced it with a disc from the singles. Other than that, the others are mint.

I just really wanted it so I could have closure with the series. It was a great moment when I finally got the Z ones. But be warnd, if you don't have some sort of sickening addction to collecting the series, I wouldn't advise it. I can't picture when, where, or why I'd watch any of it. I can't understand what they're saying and I've seen the series so many times. Add that onto the fact that I can't really pick an episode of the show to watch (because they're all connected) and bam. They are great quality, don't get me wrong, but for the price and the lack of being able to understand it, it becomes an expensive display only. BUT, with that being said, god damn it's still nice to have. I open my closet and see my childhood staring at me.

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't care less about the fans a re-issue might alienate because if all they're concerned about is being able to scalp the people who were either unaware of the Dragon Boxes or couldn't afford them at the time, they're just leeches and deserve to have their greed backfire on them.
