can anybody tell me the title of the music played from 41 seconds to 1:04 seconds please? ,thanks :)

The Ginyu transformation theme, first time used when Ginyu switches bodies with Goku on Namek.

It's generally the supervillain death theme as well. When Freeza is 'killed' by Goku, that's played, when Cell is finally killed by Gohan that is played, and when Kid Buu is killed by Goku i'm fairly certain it's played as well.
