Something's fishy to me here. If it's a PC port, why would you need an emulator? Why don't they just upload the game file?

I extracted the source code from the website, and it turns out these links were once upon a time legit on fileice, the file host removed them.

This reminds me of those fake PS3 4.21/4.31 CFW videos which used the same concept except downloading the files worked, although it would either brick or lock the PS3 to demo mode.

Gokuden @ WOT has given poor/negative feedback for FileIce LLC so possibly false links.

"GojitaAF" has like 30 or more accounts and most of them only have one video. Not very trustworthy, plus if a negative/truthful comment is posted the user gets blocked.

Yeah, that link is super sketchy. We've already been told the game runs off of PS3 based hardware so to get it to run on PC you'd either need to use some form of emulator, or port it. PS3 is a hard enough platform to develop for, forget emulating it right now, and if a group of fans could port an entire game to PC in a manner of months Namco Bandai would probably give you a job.
