The first is M1420.

The second is M811.

Not sure if there's any actual names for them.

What music did they use for this scene?
The first one, from 0:23 to 1:11, is "Goku!! Invincible Fighting Spirit" (M1527 is the presumed slate number)
The second, from 1:12 to 4:20, is "Give Me Power!!" (presumably M1528)

Both of the above were composed for Movie 8, and they can be found on Ongakushu vol. 2, tracks 19 and 20, respectively.

Lastly, from 4:21 to the end, is M1704, available on the BGM Collection disc 3, track 8, cue no. 3.

It's always nice to be able to say a cue can be found on CD. Anyway, I'm surprised we still get these questions - I guess another plug for my site is in order; if anyone has questions about a specific music cue, I put together a rough scene-by-scene analysis here, some years back: The Suburbs of kenisu's Magicant
BGM forever! If only more people paid attention to it... well, I intend to change that.
