It's a MAD crossover parody. Basically, they had Diego from 'Go Diego Go' searching for the Dragon Balls with Goku.MCDaveG wrote:What is it? I'm region blocked.

I don't get the hate for DBGT, I liked it, the music, characters, animation and that it's another DB series to watch.
Gogeta SSJ4's pretty much my second favourite thing about DBGT (first is the soundtrack), though, I'd have to go with the alternative Gogeta SSJ4 'cos he looks cooler:

Re: MAD TV Dragonball parody.
MAD has had a number of Dragon Ball parodies (and some other anime parodies, as well). Someone on the staff is clearly a fan of the show!
Here's one called Money Ball Z (combining that baseball movie with Brad Pitt and Dragon Ball)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YUWqrti_wnQ
There was another one on a recent episode called "Dragon Ball TMZ", but it doesn't appear to be online yet.
The "Go, Dragon Ball, Go" has some good quotes.
"Wait, Gokuu is an adult, but Piccolo is evil, so are we doing Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z?"
"Just be glad we're not doing GT."
MAD's a pretty good show. Sure, it has a lot of dumb childish jokes, but then it usually has a couple of pretty good crossover parodies each episode that might just fly way over the younger viewers' heads.

Mad TV used to be good stuff back 10-15 years ago. Haven't watched it in a long time.

This isn't Mad TV, it's a more recent show that's just called MAD. The title of the thread confused the two.Eternal Super Saiyan wrote:Mad TV used to be good stuff back 10-15 years ago. Haven't watched it in a long time.
That was really funny, though. Not that I hate GT, but having Goku and Diego actually jump in the air and high-five with "GT Stinks" in the background was too much. In a good way, I mean.
This will never not be my sig:
VegettoEX wrote:"Snoop Lion" is just a character he's playing for his reggae album and documentary. Him saying that it's his new name is all part of the character.
I can't believe this is on-topic.
Re: MAD TV Dragonball parody.
That was awesome. Though the dragonballs never scattered for 100 years. Also i feel bad for that t rex that is gonna die for trying to eat Goku.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Re: MAD TV Dragonball parody.
"GT stinks" made this video win. That is all.
I'm glad the maker of this short ACTUALLY knows about the Dragonball Trilogy.
Also...was that Tara Strong voicing the boy? (I think he was supposed to be Diego from Go Diego Go, the boy version of Dora the Exploper.)

I'm morbidly curious about this one; what was it about? I know what TMZ is, but...
On hiatus.
Re: MAD TV Dragonball parody.
If I had to be suuuuuuper nitpicky... they got King Piccolo's belt and shoes the wrong colour.
