100k does seem too far off to happen any time soon. I wonder when they expect to reach that amount.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I know, right? What do you think the reason is? Do they not want more followers? :|

Maybe to buy Namco Bandai more time; because they might not even have an Alpha version of the game to show off yet lol

It's always been region locked, as far as I know.

Whether or not Spike's developing a game for the next-gen console(s) they and Namco Bandai know, but please go back to having playable demos without forcing the customer to buy the game without even having a go at it, if he/she actually likes it.

Same applies to The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct (by Terminal Reality - Publisher: Activision) this game is definitely either going to succeed or flop, there's no middle for this one. PC version was cancelled already, which would have been the best platform for it, it's a signal something's not right.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

Here is a great video that illustrates why a demo isn't always the best option.

The page is on 83,398. Do you guys think it will reach 100k before the end of the year? I actually don't. :|

I think one of the awesomest joke and troll of the year was Aliens: Colonial Marines video demo presentation made for hi-end PC
FighterZ, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Kombat: Funky_Strudel
PS5: Dynamixx88
Trust me, I'm millenial and a designer.

Wow, great informational video yet shame it has barely any views or comments (none). Definitely deserves to get attention.

While retail game demos aren't too many nowadays, Arcade and Indie still come with the trial edition to try before buy, because for example, I downloaded Sonic 4 Episode 1 & 2 trials and disliked the gameplay which lead to no purchase from me. Not my problem, the gameplay isn't as good as Sonic Generations so I'd be unhappy and ripped off if I did buy it.

Btw, thanks Sparky.

That really is a great video. They totally caught me with the line about demos convincing me to buy games I wasn't already planning to - I don't think it's ever happened. :P

I look forward to a demo most when I've already deciding to get the game, and I just want a taste before it comes out because I'm impatient.

I had the same reaction as you when he said that because I have the same mindset. I just want to get a quick taste; I've never been convinced to get a game though.
