1. I know this sounds stupid, but what is the fate of Birisu in the movie? Does Goku just kill him, spare him, what? How exactly does Birisu get defeated? Is Uisu still alive too?

2. How long does the SSJ God form last, exactly? Is it specified in anyway?

3. Does the movie end on a cliffhanger, or is it only mentioned the details about the other gods and universes in the movie itself as part of it's backstory?

When going over the events of SSJG, was there a flashback showing these early Saiyan's at all, or was it, as i'm expecting, just an explanation without visuals?

Kei17 already has answered this one for ya. Bills wins.. he beats Goku, but then he doesn't have enough power left to destroy Earth afterwards. He's completely worn out, so Whis karate chops him and puts him to sleep for 3 years, then he leaves with him. They're both alive.

Y'know, I hate to get all corny and stuff but I really think I'm gonna miss this pre-movie hype. There's nothing like the excitement of finding out something new about the film everyday after school. I know there's still a long way to go, what with international screenings, home release, etc. but with the movie finally being seen by fan eyes, it feels like we're on the way down...of course I still need to see the film myself.

At the same time, I can't help but feel like I let myself down by trying to predict what would happen in the film. I was kinda setting myself up for a disappointment since it's obvious that my vision would never match Watannabe's, but hey, I'm sure his are miles better.

If you're worried, Julian mentioned quite a few pages back that Saikyo Jump apparently labeled Videl as Gohan's wife in the movie. My guess would be that they got married only a year or two prior, once they'd both finished high school.

What an odd, odd way to set up a "Dende healing Videl" scene. It doesn't even feel Toriyama-ish to me either. Anyway, I'm guessing this is going to be one of those things where I'll just have to see it for myself to really get the funny. It just comes across as semi-dark when it's described. I mean, hopefully Gohan feels bad or... something.

So based on the first part of your summary, Kaioshin and Old Kaioshin really do appear at the beginning? They weren't on the cast list either. Do they speak? What about Chaozu, or any minor character cameos we haven't seen/heard of?

There was a flashback of the former SSJG while Shenlong is explaining about it, but it was just an Oozaru.

Hm, looking back at the details in this thread and then at the soundtrack list, it looks as though half of this movie is fighting and the other half is the party. Seems like it's lacking a bit of story, but hey, Dragon Ball ain't know for that sort of thing.

I hope you don't mind answering all these questions, Kei17, but what is the "Sad-Yet Foolish Memory"?

Oh, and do you plan on writing a full summary/review at some point? Don't worry if it's too much work. I'm sure the excitement from last night is still sinking in.
