Nope, definitely some neon-ish yellow going on in there for pupils. Hard to see without zooming in though.

They're visible, they're just an incredibly pale yellow (which is more what I had in mind for the hair pre-reveal, I wanted gold for the irises/pupils).

Didn't kei say something about the eyes being red though, now that I think about it? They were red in that one fan-art she said was probably the most accurate with it's aura anyway. This has all been going by so fast for the past few days that I can't remember.

I still have to give props to whoever did this image if it is fake though, it's a better fake than most I've seen.

I noticed that, but I just assumed it was because this was an in-between shot of some kind. Goku's body from the waist down seems incredibly thin too.

My thought as well. Kaio who's whole job is to watch the north galaxy was clueless about some things until he focused on them too.
