Vegetto become evil?

I think there is quite big possibility, that, if Goku and Vegeta stay fused, Vegetto could become evil after some time, as we see in case of 17 and 18, when they didn`t have any challenger, they started to destroy stuff, just to get fun, yes, Goku also was bored, after he beat Majin Buu, but there was still Vegeta, who Goku loved to tease, it seem enough for him, but, if Goku fused with Vegeta, he would lost his only rival, plus, he would be fused with someone, who still had some grudge in him, according to new, completely out of character Kanzenban ending, i could see Vegetto to keep teasing Gohan to get stronger, or else he will start causing havoc.

I don't know, but Dragonball Multiverse has him freaking out over the lack of a challenge, and choking Gohan. That would be awesome to see.

I don't understand, Goku and Vegeta aren't evil. It doesn't make snese that they would be become evil out of boredom.

Vegeta was evil; still arguably is; and I'm sure Kakarotto would have been evil if he hadn't bumped his head.

Anything is possible, but I don't like that idea. I think that could happen to a SSJ-level of power, (depending on the person too; it sort of happened to Vegeta for a brief, and Broly is probably the best example), but I see the powers above that to be pretty much into the realm of godliness, in more ways than just strength, if that makes sense. Vegetto would see corruption/selfishness as something silly. The fact that Goku who is the most pure of heart guy ever, and just spend 7 years in Heaven, is also a part of him adds even more to the unlikeliness of that happening.

But maybe he could become evil by other means, like a Babidi-esque ability, but it would have to be much better. I think Babidi's ability would fail miserably.

I based that idea on Dragon Ball Multiverse novel, in that novel, Vegetto treat Gohan that he will hurt Pan, if he won`t spare with him.

Goku and Vegeta didn`t get that much bored, because they still had each other, also, there never was a situation, when one character completely over power others. there always was a rival/someone as strong as Goku/Vegeta.

Vegetto would only become evil if a new plot point were to be introduced somewhere declaring that Potara fusion corrupts the souls of the user or causes emotional instability or something, i.e. it would be a problem with the Potara, not with the idea of "getting stronger". Power is not a corrupting force in the DB series. Goku and Vegeta have always trained to become stronger and there was never any sign that getting stronger meant they risked getting more evil. This isn't Star Wars.

ALSO, the explanation that Goku didn't go evil before because he had Vegeta makes no sense. In the only time Goku and Vegeta have ever had to spar (after the Buu arc), Vegeta has never even been close to Goku's full power.

Wait isn't Vegeta still evil in the Buu saga ? Didn't he kill people (See Pui Pui) even before majin without a care in the world ?

He got better. He's brought back to life at the end of the arc when they wish back all the non-evil people, so he's at least not evil then. Also, Pui Pui was part of a group dedicated to reviving an ancient demon created to destroy the gods of creation, so a little ruthlessness is probably justified at that point. None of the others seemed to think that was extreme, and Goku didn't feel to bad when he engineered Yakon's death.
