Malware warning

When I clicked the "Could Kai get ANOTHER rescore?" thread today, my browser (Chrome) started waving red flags about potential malware.

Has anyone had similar warnings?

It's usually tied to someone's avatar being hotlinked from some other (potentially-infected) site. If anyone knows who it is, I can go in and just remove their avatar.

It's coming off of Penguintruth's avatar. I'm not sure why, because just yesterday his posts weren't causing that.

Malware warnings also seem to be blaring at the first page of the "ocean dub of kai" thread.

This is what I got when I used Google Chrome:
