I may be reading too much into it, but I'm curious at the fact that after the person asks about "Battle of Gods", Sabat pauses and then refers to it as "Battle of the Gods" as if they'd call it that if/when they're able to get a hold of it. >_>

He says he doesn't really know anything about it, so it seems natural that he might call it that instead.

This is true.
I really hope Funi does get a hold of it. That way it'd get subtitles and it'd be easier for me to buy the dvd here than import Toei's blu-ray.

Well he pauses because this video is from comic com which was a while ago in the summer, so he's probably like "what the heck is that?"

I only glanced at the upload date (I think it said March), not the place. ^^;

Still hoping Funi gets the license.

The Cinema book seems more interesting than the Official Movie Guide, or the new pages in the Chozenshuu.
And now we have more official spellings using our alphabet: Beers, Klilyn, Kamesennin, Android No.18, Yamcha, Son Gokou, Majin Buu, Brief, etc.

Mr & Mrs Brief? Does that mean Brief is a surname after all?
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

Wait...Bulma's mother has eyes?! So I guess they really were closed all that time...which makes things even more confusing
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

She was shown with open eyes once (I'm not sure if this was in the manga though).

Just realized that Mr. Popo, Karin, Yajirobe, Uranai Baba, and Launch (I think Unigame isn't there as well?) aren't there. Sucks, because they were present in the JSAT.

I have just ordered this and it's on my way. :D I kind of regret buying the Official Movie Guide now because this book appears to have more interesting content. Oh well.

Also, I'm disappointed that Kuririn didn't do anything. The active Z-Senshi of the movie were promoted to be Goku, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, and Kuririn. Not only everyone of those (except Kuririn) fought, Tenshinhan, Mr. Boo, and #18 fought even though they weren't promoted as the active Z-Senshi. Not saying that I didn't like the fact that Boo, #18, and Tenshinhan didn't fight (I would like to see Yamcha & Chaozu do something as well), I just didn't like the fact that Kuririn didn't do anything.

A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

I wonder if anyone will say the marks on that plane resemble a swastika.

EDIT: Wow, is that "Farmer-with-a-Shotgun" on the spread with summoned Shenlong?

Yeah, I was expecting something as well because of all the promotional material. I wonder if maybe he tried to fight in some of the scenes that were cut. Maybe if we get lucky those scenes will appear in a TV version or something. I think one of the OP movies got a few extra scenes.

At best, something like this I think: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy3g3lu6 ... ZmRcNefnNw
But I don't they'll re-draw/color and anime those cancelled fighting scenes.

I'd be happy with either as long as we get to see some of it.
