I honestly thought Jeice was voiced by Rob Paulsen when I first heard him in Kai, for whatever reason Liebrecht's performance reminds me of Yakko from Animaniacs. It's still better than Sabat's Jeice though.

For me, his performance is one that is good but held back for a really stupid reason. It's like how Tenshinhan and Trunks had/have scratchy voices for no reason...just speak normally!
