What happened to the Senzu?

In Dragonball, Karin had jars of it. By DBZ it was scarce. And by DBGT it wasn't even metioned (I can't recall if it was).

Did the "Bean Daddy" :wink: eat them all?

Yes I suppose it didn't help that they were hard to grow so it took a long time to get a batch. Whenever there was a full bag it always seemed like they'd be needed right then and get all used up, so there was probably never much of a chance to build up a large supply. Ever notice they seemed to be used way more in the movies?

I was going to say you wouldn't have many with Yajirobe around. I'm also guessing they could only do so much and once the characters got very strong Deinde's healing techniques would be the only thing able to keep up.

They even showed what happened to Yajirobe after he chowed down too much on those in DB.

I remember Future Trunks saying that the Senzy tree died out in his timeline, so he that's why Future Gohan didn't have a whole bunch when fighting the "Androids." Maybe something similar happened to the regular DBZ timeline and the Senzu were really scarce.

I think the last time they were used was during the tournament for Videl.

No, I think Vegeta had the last one after he and Goku stopped fighting after sensing Buu awaken. I think.

Oh yeah, my bad :!:

I completely forgot about the Goku/Vegeta fight. I also find it odd that only Goku and Yajirobe (the only people to have been seen in Karin Tower in the canon, at least) are the only people who actually bring Senzu to the other fighters.

I'm not sure this counts considering it was filler, but in the anime in the Garlic Jr saga Karin and Yajirobe cook something for Maron.

So, according to the fillers in the anime they do own a kitchen, which would make it very unlikely they lived on Senzu's alone. Unless, of course, they tried different ways to prepare a Senzu. Let's say, Senzu pie, Senzu shake, Senzu pizza...

Yeah, that's all filler. But I'm sure that Yajirobe, with his giant appetite would have eventually bugged Karin to the point that Karin chucks him off the tower to steal some pizza or something :roll:. After all, he did steal that car in DB. But back to the topic.
